Not only has he never heard of Lirael knighting any players, but he logically should not have reached the requirements to gain access to the quest for knighthood.
On top of that, the quest he received was abnormal, while the specific "trial" needed to earn the rank could vary significantly based on which NPC gave the player the quest and what zone they were in. They were rarely PvP-related.
It was not that PvP-related quests had a rare drop rate for knighthood quests; it was more that it was very rare for a player to receive the quest from an NPC in Kingsfall.
