The Ride was... Exciting to say the least for most of the passengers as Akane barreled through the streets like a professional stunt driver told to "Go Nuts." Logan, the one who had let his wife drive from time to time in the past, was the only one who simply braced his body and held onto Leah as the woman held on to him for dear life. He also noticed Ben and Carter holding each other while actually praying. Augie... Well Augie was feeling what any boy would when a porn star bodied woman held him in just the right kind of death grip that would see the boy die of Suffocation before the car crashed. Denise? only Akane could tell what that girl was expressing as she drove, but the asian woman was too entranced in the ride to notice the uncharacteristic grin the waitress was showing.
When Akane slowed down enough to not warrant the dead to notice the running car as they pulled up to Carter's home, Most hopped out and nearly dropped to their hands and knees to kiss the sweet, sweet ground. Again Logan simply took a deep breath to ramp down on his adrenaline rush, his hand rubbing Leah's back as she had actually started vomiting from the whiplash. Denise hopped out with a deep breath herself and simply shook her head as everyone calmed down.
"Oh don't be such babies" Akane whispered as she saw the dead in the street. "Which one was your house again?" Carter looked annoyed at the psycho driver before shifting to hide behind the jeep. The others followed as some of the dead were starting to look their way.
"There, that one" he said while pointing at his home. It was thankfully to the left of the small hoard in the street, and thus reachable. "Okay, if we time it just right when we go across the street so none of them-" he started but Logan's grunt of effort, and the bottle he sent flying up and over the hoard interrupted him. The crash of glass had the dead all looking away from them, and Carter just went with it. "Or that" he said as everyone silently ran across the street and into his backyard with a trampoline. Everyone ran in with ease, missing the dead eyes of a nosy neighbor looking through her window from next door.
Inside was clean and dark, and making sure no dead were looking into the house, the group made their way upstairs and into Kendall's bedroom. Walking in had Akane grimace as she got hit with the creamy pink painted walls. The boys however paused as they looked at the surroundings.
"Wow, it smells like pixie sticks and hope in here" Augie said, a little dazzled by the room. Carter looked at him with a deadpan expression.
"You've never been in a girl's room before, have you?" he asked. Augie started to speak up but Carter cut him off. "Mom's room doesn't count," Augie started again, "Any female relative doesn't count."
"Guys! Can we focus?" Denise said, making the three look over at her. Carter nodded and looked around.
"Look, she hides it in different places after she caught me reading it years ago, so everyone starts looking around. Everyone moved into the room and started searching, four being half hearted. Akane, Logan, and Leah all knew it was in Kendall's pantie's drawer and were just taking the time to make it not look suspicious when they found it. Missy meanwhile was borrowing Kendall's makeup discreetly and made an excuse to go to the bathroom, likely to try it on. After about a minute looking through the room the three moviegoers spotted Ben open the right drawer, but froze as his mind went to hornier places.
"Find it?" Carter said and Ben quickly closed the drawer and shook his head.
"No, nothing here" he said and the three moviegoers shook their heads as they checked the same place for the third time. Ben thought, after saying that looked in another drawer when he heard a noise downstairs, "Hey, guys," Ben said and everyone looked at him, "I think I heard something downstairs." Everyone looked to the door and Carter looked to Logan.
"You should go check it out, cause you know, at the club and all" He said and Logan raised a brow. Akane scoffed and got up and walked to the scout. with a deft hand she gripped his ear and pulled him to the door, his silent whines gaining no sympathy from anyone else. Logan and Leah followed behind the two, with Augie following them. Logan looked at him and he smiled with a nod.
"Scout's stick together" he said, making Logan chuckle and nod as they all went down stairs, leaving Denise with Ben to search.
As the five walked down the stairs silently, Denise found a picture of Kendall and looked surprised.
"This is Carter's sister?" she looked at Ben in conformation. Ben looked over and nodded.
"Yeah, That's Kendall" he confirmed while trying to look cool.
"Well, she clearly won the genetic lottery" Denise stated as she looked at the girl again.
"Yeah, She's okay. I guess" Ben said, looking stone-faced.
"She's more than okay" Denise said as she could see the teen clearly try not to look as lovestruck as he was. "You don't have to be all cool about it." Ben looked away again with a sigh.
Cutting downstairs showed Akane walking silently in the lead as everyone split up to search for what made the noise. When they saw the open backdoor Carter cursed and grew much tenser. Augie joined in that fear as he looked back behind everyone to make sure they weren't getting snuck up on. The three lovers just scanned a bit more, trying to remember the scene and where the dead were hiding. Akane pressed on followed by the others.
"So, how come you haven't told her you like her?" Denise said as the scene went back upstairs. Ben finally broke down his walls and shrugged as he walked over to her.
"What's the point? She's never gonna go for a guy like me. She's got a boyfriend. Plus Carter would kill me if I touched his sister " he stated as he dropped onto Kendall's bed. Denise rolled her eyes as she watched the trainwreck of a crush and put the picture back before sitting down next to him.
"Okay, look. Here's the deal" Denise said while hoping not to hurt the guy. "Don't take this the wrong way but-"
"I need to man up? Yeah, Logan told me that before we hit the strip club" Ben interrupted as he looked to the ceiling, realizing he really did if now Denise was telling him. "I just don't know if I can. I can't even tell one of my best friends that I wanted to quit scouts. To try and get the courage to tell Kendall I like her?" Ben just couldn't even believe he had the capability. Denise looked at him and decided to bite the bullet and help him.
"Kiss me" she said looking at him. Ben looked at her in confusion. "Don't give me that look, just kiss me"
"Are you serious?" He asked her, not understanding why she was telling him to do this.
"Yeah, I'm serious, don't think I didn't see you check out my ass back before shit hit the fan tonight. So why don't you man up right now and do what I know you want to do. Just kiss me." Denise demanded.
"No, I wasn't" Ben defended immediately as he didn't want her to think of him as some kind of pig. Not realizing that every straight guy always takes a look at a hot girl's ass when they walk by. Denise looked at him with disbelief making him doubleback. "Okay, maybe I looked but just for a second."
"Kiss Me" she commanded, trying to get past his second guessing nature. Ben looked at her and still shook his head. "You can do it, just go for-" she started once more but was thankfully silenced as Ben moved and locked his lips to hers. Finally seeing him take the leap Denise, being the older and more experienced of the two, started to judge the boy's technique with this chased kiss. She started to raise her hand to grip the back of his head to give him more confidence, but was suddenly surprised as his tongue entered her mouth.
The invading appendage caught her off guard, and thus disturbed her focus in the situation, allowing him to press on as he put a hand on her thigh and squeezed gently as his tongue played with her's with clear intent. Denise, feeling the hand she wanted to back off, but she found that it wasn't reaching further up her leg to try and go for the crotch. Instead Ben held a firm and controlled grip that locked her in place as he kissed her in a way that made her actually grow a bit fuzzy. not realizing it but she found herself shifting to allow his other hand to grip her neck, as she started to fight back in the kiss.
When that happened she felt Ben start to rub her thigh in just the right way to send a signal through her that started to rev up her carnal motor. Soon enough she was pulling him more onto the bed of her own accord as she started to get into the kiss. As she did move them to a laid down position on the bed someone, less focused on lust, might notice a dead appearing in the window from time to time. And if that someone did look outside, they might see that the dead were starting to move into the backyard of Carter's home. One such dead bouncing on the trampoline to see fresh meat making out on the bed.
Ben and Denise didn't notice as both were getting more into the kiss that was getting dangerous every second that past. Thankfully when Ben started to drag the hand on her knee up her body to caress her curves and aim for her breast, the waitress moaned into his mouth, and finally was shocked out of the moment. with a jolt she pushed him off her and Ben was thrown to the other side of the bed.
"What, sorry, did I mess up?" he asked as he got up to a sitting position. Denise raised up as well and held a hand to her mouth as she tried to calm down.
"No, no, you did fine, just fine" she said wiping her lips as she looked at him. "I thought you were a virgin though?" she asked and Ben looked at her.
"I am," he answered. Denise looked at him with doubt. "No really, Akane just taught us how to, uh, please a woman...Sexually" he said trying not to blush too much. Denise grew wide eyed as she thought of the crazy girl.
"She let you kiss her? Logan let you kiss her?" the waitress asked, clearly picking up the relationship with the two from the small time she had been with them.
"Oh, no, she just taught us with a grapefruit and detailed explanations" Ben corrected. Denise was a little stunned at this knowledge but simply tried to blow past.
"Right, well, she taught you well" Denise said and Ben looked happy.
"Really?"
"Yep," she nodded quickly as she did her best to not look him in the eyes. "Trust me that when you see Kendall, just walk straight up to her and do, Exactly, what you just did, and she's definitely going to be looking at you in a better light." Ben was nodding with confidence while Denise got up and paused before starting to search again.

Back on the ground floor the five had split up a bit looking for any dead that may have got in. The three lovers knew there was one and thus left the two by the open door to search the house. Carter took the initiative and closed and locked the door while Augie kept checking around himself for a threat. Seeing his friend and him alone, Carter decided to clear the air.
"Augie," he started and gained his friends' attention. "I know I said Ben's been wanting to leave scouts, but really, I've been putting pressure on him to do it. I just wanted us to fit in, you know? Finally not to be laughed at?" Augie looked at him and shook his head.
"Look, I get where you're coming from and honestly I wouldn't have been mad if you guys just said so. It's the fact that you two held it secret for so long because you didn't think I could handle it. Why? We would have still been friends, Carter. We just wouldn't have been scouts." Carter looked away and didn't say anything as Augie walked away from him. Akane, Leah, and Logan all watched from afar the scene before still looking for the damn dead they just knew was in here.
"Do you remember this scene?" Akane asked the two and both shook their heads.
"I remember something got the zombies to bust in here I just don't remember what" Leah said thoughtfully.
"It has to be a dead, open door is a giveaway like nothing else" Logan answered. "We just need to find it before-"
"OH SHIT" Carter screamed as the dead barreled into him. It sent him over his living room couch and onto his coffee table. The table shattered instantly and the three moved to the noise. Logan looked at the scene and saw the old woman from the morning and frowned as she was a silent crotchety bitch to hide from them all. The old woman was on top of Carter and holding him down as she chomped at the air, ready to take a bite out of him. His screams were loud and Augie looked fazed as he didn't know what to do. Hitting the dead might hit Carter, yet still not doing anything would be worse.
Akane didn't have that problem as she walked up and kicked the old bitch right in the head, knocking it off Carter. It's false teeth flying off and out of its mouth. Augie pulled Carter up as Akane tracked the dead. It wasn't stupid as it ran off down the hall and out of her line of sight.
"What is going on down there" Denise shouted as they could hear the noise down stairs.
"Nothing, everything's A-Okay" Augie shouted back, making Logan close his eyes in annoyance as soon enough three windows shattered as a few dead jumped through them. Leah pulled her tomahawk and Bowie, while Akane saw the lacrosse stick on the ground and kicked it up to her hands. Logan started to pull his own knife when the old dead bitch jumped him from the side, sending him off his feet and onto the ground. The girls didn't have time to look back at what had happened as they had to avoid the dead lunging at them.
