Chapter 11 - CHAPTER 10: THE BEGINNING OF THE WAR

Suddenly, all three bandits dropped to the ground, with their heads cut off from their body. Then Keil collapses next to his mother and passes out. After catching a man's silhouette entering his house, Seiki later woke up in an orphanage.

Returning to the current battle, Keil felt the power of his blade because he now knew how to use it to its fullest potential. From Keil's perspective, Leo and everyone else appear to be moving very slowly. Then, as he gets to his feet, a silhouette of broken chains appears on his torso and he begins to radiate power. At that moment, he becomes aware that he is in the process of awakening; Keil's body begins to steadily display a silver aura, and his eyes lose all emotion. He charges at his opponent, severing his arm in the process. Leo is stunned because he is completely unaware of what just happened to him. Without waiting for any further time, Keil launches an attack, but Leo quickly blocks it with his shield before pushing Keil away. Leo asks Keil about how he awaken his power, Keil replies by describing it as "rage". It is then when Leo sees and feels Keil's power. Leo stands up and emits off a red aura, telling Keil they have something in common." He states that the chain he just saw on Keil's body, is a sign that he is reaching his full potential and that their rage has strengthened them." Then Keil tells Leo that his power comes from his sword, not from himself, but Leo corrects him, stating that Keil's sword is merely a means of restricting all of his power. Keil then uncovers a revelation from Leo: the holy sword does not enhance power, but instead restricts it. All it shows is that Keil has a devastating power that the sword believes to be dangerous, that's why it chooses Keil to seal his power. With the binding chain broken, he can now utilize his full potential. Keil doesn't care whether it's his own strength or not; he will overcome his opponent and demonstrate that he is worthy of the title "hero." Keil strikes Leo hard with his sword, using his ultimate skill, "divine cleave," but Leo raises his shield firmly to block his opponent's most powerful attack. Because of Keil's ultimate skill a big fissure appears in the ground. Keil is gasping for air but Leo is still standing there with his shield up. Then, in his last and most powerful move, Leo cast his ultimate skill "Arena of Valor," Leo summons a massive coliseum with an interior decorated with Spartan theme design. Leo's ultimate skill is to disable magic completely inside the coliseum and physical combat is only allowed on the battlefield. With the intention of using only his spear, Leo threw his shield. Keil took a deep breath and they both attacked at the same moment. As they steadily pound each other with their blows, blood pours all over the arena and everyone in the crowd, even the noble, is cheering them on. They both battle like formidable warriors. Keil spots an opening and uses his sword to penetrate Leo's heart, but Leo defends himself by fortifying his ribs and and endures the blow. He then positions his left hand and strikes his spear at Keil's neck, afterwards the stadium fills with light. Leo the lone Spartan has been determined the winner of the fight! Everyone is applauding the two fighters for their incredible battle. After the fight, their wounds heal naturally due to the spell the magicians cast just before they engaged in battle. Keil receives immediate praise from Zig for fighting courageously, and he swears to his master that he will become stronger so that he can genuinely call himself a hero. After the first intense fight, the second battle will feature Akihiro, the top student at the Shiva Heroes academy, facing off against Galahad, the glorious lancer. After they have each given their introductions, Akihiro emits a powerful aura that is heavily infused with "Reiki". Seiki and other powerful people recognizes it. Galahad starts to sweat and becomes increasingly nervous as Akihiro confronts him and shows off his might. Akihiro disappears and chops off his opponent's head, and an abrupt silence falls over the whole scene. Suddenly, there comes a white light, and it was announced that Akihiro Shisui has won the fight. Akihiro gets praises and cheers from everyone on the Shiva Heroes Academy. "Seiki carefully observes the battle and recognizes that although Galahad possesses the same strength as the talented young prodigy Keil, Akihiro still manages to end the fight swiftly." It is evident that they have a big gap interms of power levels and combat experiences; Seiki even believes that Akihiro has the power to put him in a difficult situation. Commander Tomoyoki congratulates Akihiro on his flawless victory, adding that his brother Muji would be happy for him. Akihiro then expresses his gratitude and respect for the commander by bowing his head. The crowd settles in to watch the next match up, which is about to begin. The fight between Princess Victoria and Saul the demigod. Keil went to Princess Victoria's room prior to the battle and awkwardly assured her that he would support her and be there for her at all times. Keil is babbling away, and Princess Victoria was just smiling. Keil suddenly stopped talking as Victoria planted a kiss on his lips, and their gazes locked. Keil was pushed onto the chair by Princess Victoria, who then sat on his lap and gave him a french kiss. The princess also took off Keil's clothes as Keil proceeded to remove her armor.

Continuing to the current battle, princess Victoria approaches her opponent with caution since she is aware that Saul is descended from the hero Hercules. After that, Saul used spatial pocket magic to obtain a pair of gauntlet. A power shockwave occurs as they collide. On top of the Arena, a massive gate appears out of nowhere. Their battle abruptly ends, and they feel a familiar aura emerge as the gates open. Commander Tomoyoki then ends the battle to get everyone ready for the impending clash against the demon king's army. A group of "catastrophic orc" and his minions are riding twenty "undead wyverns"; a group of "elder lich" is casting a flying spell; thousands of high goblins are each riding an undead giant bat; thousands of "undead knight skeletons" jump out side the gate and lands on the ground. A group of gargoyle (four-winged demons) fly outside the gate. Finally, one of the "apocalyptic generals" of the demon king "Abaddon" appears riding his undead horse and he's joined by Hibi, a member of the "phantom clown troupe". Hibi jumps into the arena without hesitating and unleashes a devastating attack, destroying everything in her path with a single hit. Fortunately, they built an emergency exit where the king and the noble can escape, so the leaders of each nation evacuated the nobles along with their monarch. A group of "skeleton knights" starts to descend from the sky, afterwards chaos breaks out. Toshi then rush towards hibi and he gave her a tight hug and leads him outside the arena. Commander Tomoyoki then greets Abaddon with a fierce onslaught and tosses Abaddon outside the arena, the opposite side where Hibi was drag. Keil then runs in panic to the center of the arena because Victoria was there when a member of the "Phantom clown troupe" launched devastating assault moments ago. Then he notices that the rubble is moving, so he throws the debris aside and, to his luck, finds Victoria still alive, however she is covered in wounds and has several broken bones from the impact that occurred. He makes an instant appeal for assistance, and an imperial captain rushes help. It's the captain of the second division, Efrim, the "high priest". As soon as he cast Victoria a high level healing spell, a group of "skeleton knights" appeared and charged for them. Keil then makes decision to protect Efrim while he treats Victoria. The debris started to shift once more, and a person suddenly emerged from beneath the rubble. Then Keil discovers later that it's Saul, he fully heals himself and becomes quite outrageous. With a strong aura emanating from him, he changes into his demigod form. Saul is pulling something out of his "spatial pocket"—a golden pair of gauntlets called "Nemean Cestus"—a divine weapon with the power to deal enormous amount of damage over a large area. (Saul is dressed in golden lion armor)Now that Saul is in fighting mode, his strength is on par with Akahiro's. He destroys an army of undead in an instant.
