Li Fei narrowly dodged the strike, his body swaying unsteadily, looking extremely awkward as the snake's tail whipped toward him.
He did not manage to evade this time, but fortunately, he raised his arm in time to protect his head. Still, the tail strike left him dizzy and staggering backward, nearly falling over several steps.
Taking advantage of its momentum, the snake lunged to bite Li Fei's head. His head throbbing, Li Fei reflexively dodged to the side, only to have his body entangled by the snake's tail.
Then the snake wrapped around him several times, squeezing Li Fei's entire body until he could not move. Even the slightest effort to struggle made him feel terribly uncomfortable; he couldn't even scream, his mouth opened but he could not breathe, and gradually, his consciousness began to blur.
He thought sorrowfully, was this the end of all his grand prospects?
