"Hey, can you teach me martial arts?"
In her room, Wen Xiaowei was talking to her reflection in the mirror. She sounded like she was pleading, but her expression was decidedly imperious.
"No, no, that won't do. If I approach Wang Hao with that attitude, he'll definitely refuse!"
Wen Xiaowei shook her head, immediately dismissing the idea. She tried several different approaches, but all of them felt off. Paradoxically, it was her cool and domineering expression that seemed the most natural.
"Hmph, how can I get him to agree?"
Wen Xiaowei was seething with annoyance. She smacked the table so hard it nearly shattered the mirror.
"Sis, are you okay? Do you need to see a doctor?"
Turning around, Wen Xiaowei's face flushed red in an instant. She had been so focused on practicing that she hadn't even noticed Wen Zi Cong walking into the room.
