After pondering for a long while, Ye Fei flashed a subtle smile at Man Ting.
"I'll take you back to the village once I've settled my affairs. Then we can do nothing all day, just live freely and leisurely in the village."
Hearing this, Man Ting broke into a smile.
"Hmph, as if it'll be leisurely. I bet it won't be at all! I don't even know how many women you have. We'll probably argue every day and annoy you to death."
Her words were far from false. Ye Fei's mind filled with thoughts of his women; if they really started arguing, he wouldn't know whom to support.
By then, just as Man Ting had said, the annoyance could indeed drive him insane.
But even so, Ye Fei still responded with a faint smile, "Who had me provoke you all? Even if you bicker all day, I'll just watch in silence. Isn't that a pleasure in itself?"
The future was full of uncertainties.
Yet all this was of Ye Fei's own making, and he certainly wouldn't abandon everything just because of these reasons.
