Chapter 6 - Chapter 6 Cool Little Phoenix

"Crack!"

The sudden crack of thunder above her head startled Zhao Lianhua, causing her body to jolt. An earthquake had just occurred, and now a thunderclap. Could it be that the heavens were determined not to let her have a good time today? Or that the local Earth God spirit in the temple was displeased?

In an instant, the sky was covered with dense clouds, and the temple quickly darkened. The crumbling deity of the Earth God, illuminated by the lightning, appeared particularly eerie and terrifying.

The villagers were all extremely superstitious about these things. Watching the ominous Earth God, the fire of desire within Zhao Lianhua suddenly diminished by half, and her small hand slipped out from A'niu's trousers.

"A'niu, it's about to rain. When it rains on the mountain, there'll be a flood. Let's hurry and run."

Zhao Lianhua constantly felt the Earth God's eyes staring at her, sending chills down her spine.

In the summer at Peach Blossom Village, storms could burst forth without warning. A'niu was burning with passion, but hearing about the potential flash flood, he also worried about his life.

Reluctantly watching Zhao Lianhua pick up her tattered clothes from the ground, she haphazardly put them on her delicate, fair body. The clothes, torn to shreds, left her full breasts occasionally peeking out from the torn fabric, making A'niu involuntarily swallow his saliva. He took off his t-shirt and tossed it to Zhao Lianhua.

"Sis-in-law, you wear my shirt back home. If the villagers see you in these rags, they'll talk."

Zhao Lianhua took the t-shirt, feeling an inexplicable sense of warmth. All these years, not even her parents had cared for her like this. They'd married her off to that good-for-nothing Wang Dalai just because the Wang Family offered a decent dowry with two extra cows.

She hadn't realized that this simple-minded A'niu actually knew how to be tender towards women. No wonder that flirtatious Tian Mei kept such a tight leash on this fool.

Zhao Lianhua slipped on A'niu's t-shirt, greedily inhaling his scent, and a satisfied expression crossed her face.

"Good A'niu, wait for the day when sis-in-law will let you have a real good time, my dear A'niu."

"Crack crack!"

Before Zhao Lianhua could finish speaking, several more cracks of thunder roared through the sky, startling her into thinking the Earth God was angry again.

"Walking out without checking the almanac, twice I've been interrupted—damn unlucky," Zhao Lianhua cursed as she ran down the mountain.

The heavy rain came in an instant, and the dilapidated temple's roof was full of holes. Soon, they were soaked like drowned rats. A'niu, now frustrated by Zhao Lianhua, was uncomfortable all over, his manhood refusing to soften—that damned temptress ran off as soon as she said she would.

Actually, A'niu was hoping the rain would come quick so he could just take a good, cold shower.

Unexpectedly, after a few more peals of thunder, the dark clouds dispersed, and the sky cleared up.

It was all thunder with no rain.

A'niu, annoyed, walked over to the ditch, jumped in, and randomly scrubbed his body until his little brother finally softened.

He picked up a broken basin near the ditch, scooped up half a basin of water, added the Luminous Pearl to it, and carried it under a fruit tree. He slowly poured the water over the tree's roots.

But after waiting a long time, the tree showed no response. A'niu examined the Luminous Pearl closely—had its effects disappeared?

No, that couldn't be it. The pearl probably needed to be soaked for a while, and the water had to be the right amount for it to work. He wondered if there was a way to enhance the pearl's power.

A'niu closed his eyes and accessed the scriptures in his mind, seeking a cultivation method for the Luminous Pearl. A book in his mind revealed a few lines of gold-lettered text: "To harvest from yin to enrich yang, in harmonious dual cultivation, divine power greatly increases."

A'niu was overjoyed. So this was a Yin and Yang Dual Cultivation treasure! No wonder he felt strange around women—it was an eager urge for cultivation!

A'niu placed the Luminous Pearl in his ear and, humming a little tune, ran down the mountain to quickly find Tian Mei and tell her about this, to dual cultivate with her daily, then grow lots of crops and live a good life.

"Ouch!"

Because A'niu was too excited, and because the ridge of the hill slope was too high, he failed to see where he was stepping and jumped down, only to be met by a woman's cry of pain...

The woman's voice on the empty mountain was especially jarring, startling the excited A'niu and causing him to lose his footing, his body swaying and tumbling down face-first.

After he endured the pain to prop up his body and get up, the woman in the grass behind also got up.

Rubbing his eyes, A'niu saw that it was none other than Xiao Feng.

Xiao Feng's delicate facial features and tender cheeks were all covered in dirt, and her jet-black hair that draped over her shoulders was tangled with a few strands of foxtail grass. Despite this, her youthful tenderness and beauty at sixteen were undeniable.

Xiao Feng was wearing only a white camisole that revealed her snow-white slender waist with every rise and fall of her body, occasionally hidden, occasionally visible. She wore light blue hot pants on her lower body, and her long, shapely legs were idly spread on the green grass. A pair of refined and petite jade feet were clad in flip-flops, and the cherry blossom pink nail polish glinted faintly in the sunlight.

Her entire being exuded an aura of innocence, and such a ravishing scene stirred something in A'niu's heart—Xiao Feng's cool attire made A'niu feel unbearably hot.

This girl was incredibly charming; her beautiful eyes were now filled with tears, and her plump, tender little mouth was pouting with an added air of vulnerability.

It made the already uncontrollable A'niu feel even more parched and restless.

What A'niu didn't expect was that, just as he was trying desperately to suppress his emotions, Xiao Feng suddenly threw herself onto him.

Xiao Feng's sudden assault left the utterly unprepared A'niu falling backward onto the ground.

"Xiao Feng, I was too excited just now and wasn't watching where I was going. It's very dangerous for you to be lying on top of me like this, you know."

Closely pressing down on A'niu, Xiao Feng's body was intimately close to his.

"Brother A'niu, I won't play coy with you; I came here today looking for danger," she said.

"Looking for danger?"

A'niu looked utterly confused.

Wrapping her arms around A'niu's neck, Xiao Feng laughed and said, "Brother A'niu, you don't have a wife, so how about letting me be your wife?"

As she spoke, Xiao Feng completely leaned on A'niu, her hands cupping his face and about to kiss him.

A'niu was utterly baffled by Xiao Feng's behavior, suspecting that she must have been bewitched to suddenly push her away, "Girl, don't be reckless. Did something happen to you today?"

"Brother A'niu, what are you saying? Am I not pretty enough? Don't you want me to be your wife?" Xiao Feng pouted unhappily again.

"Little girl, you're only sixteen. You are pretty, but how can you be my wife? You should be going to school," A'niu said as he struggled to control his own desire, cursing his fate. Just yesterday, he narrowly missed being with her mother Zhang Auntie, and today her daughter had thrown herself at him—what was this all about?

"My mom said that schooling is useless for a girl, and that I should hurry up and find a man to marry," Xiao Feng said as she lay down on him again.

"Girl, don't talk nonsense. How could Zhang Auntie say such a thing?" A'niu quickly sat up, holding the soft and delicate Xiao Feng in his arms to stop her from touching him indiscriminately.

Pushing away A'niu's hand and leaning forward, Xiao Feng said, "Brother A'niu, you saved my mom yesterday, and I know she wanted to do 'that' with you. But if my dad found out, he'd kill her, so let me repay you instead of my mom."

As she spoke, Xiao Feng lifted her arms and took off her camisole.
