Zhan Yun was at a loss for words; he didn't understand why An'an wanted a brick.
Even though Zhan Yun and An'an were together day and night, Zhan Yun hadn't noticed An'an's thoughts, mainly because his activation of the star tower meant he had already leapt out of that abyss.
But An'an still retained the memories from that time; An'an was too young, and even though things had recently started to improve, An'an still remembered when people mocked Zhan Yun for not being able to move a brick.
So, An'an subconsciously wanted a brick, thinking that once she mastered it, she could help her dad.
Zhan Yun muttered under his breath, "An'an, your master isn't really getting you a toy, but choosing a weapon for you, you can't be careless."
"What's a weapon?" An'an didn't understand; she blinked her big eyes and asked Zhan Yun.
"A weapon is..." Zhan Yun initially wanted to say it was for killing or hitting people, but considering the child was too young, it seemed inappropriate.
