After investigating the identities of the two casualties at the Petite Path Hotel, the entire French police force was shaken because those two individuals were globally wanted criminals.
Even though these two were destined to die, the police still needed to thoroughly investigate the matter.
Based on surveillance footage, they tracked down Chen Yang's hotel and then burst into the room.
The sudden intrusion of the police did not panic Chen Yang or Kara.
Kara reached for her military saber, intending to deal with the policemen, but Chen Yang grabbed her and shook his head.
"Old Li, I'm in Paris, and the police are here for me. Help me out," said Chen Yang on the phone. As soon as he finished speaking, his phone was snatched away by a policeman.
