The explosion deep within the mine was obviously very intense; the entire mine was shaking. Large chunks of rock, some as big as a car, tumbled down from above, smashing the wooden scaffolding into powder.
"Hurry up and get out, or we won't make it."
Chen Yang glanced at Qiu Menglei, who was still unconscious. He had no choice but to carry her on his back and, along with the others, frantically sprinted towards the top of the Meteorite Mine.
Although much of the scaffolding had been destroyed and could no longer form a continuous path, this wasn't much of an issue for Chen Yang and the others. They could use their momentum against the rock walls to jump onto the next section of scaffolding.
Fortunately, Chen Yang was accustomed to weight training, so carrying a person on his back didn't significantly impede his movement.
