"What school are you thinking of applying to?"
Dai Lin scrutinized Dai Wei's recent math test and asked, "Your scores in the geometry section are way too low."
With his head hung low, Dai Wei mumbled, "It's just, I'm not very good at math."
"Your biology test isn't looking great, either. Have you decided on a school yet?"
Dai Wei's head drooped even lower.
"No... I haven't."
Just then, their mother walked in and brought them a bowl of grapes.
"Make sure you tutor your brother properly," their mother said firmly, patting Dai Wei's shoulder. "It's his senior year, he has to improve his grades! Why can't you be more like your brother, who always came in second in his grade?"
Pouting, Dai Wei retorted, "It's not like he was first..."
