Before dawn.
Peipei woke up nearly frozen.
The room wasn't big, so she had to share a bed with Yueyin.
When she woke up in the middle of the night, it took her a moment to come to her senses, still believing she was in her school dormitory.
She rubbed her hands together subconsciously, gazing at Yueyin beside her, then pulled the blanket up and closed her eyes again.
Once she was awake, Peipei just couldn't fall back asleep.
About ten minutes later, Peipei suddenly heard a noise coming from beside her.
It seemed to be the sound of Yueyin getting up.
Had she not been able to sleep either? Was she going to use the restroom?
Once Yueyin had left the room, Peipei decided to pick up her phone that was still charging by the bed and started reading the novel she had recently downloaded.
A while had passed, and Yueyin still hadn't returned.
