The two major factions in the hospital were backed by different cursed powers.
Now, it appeared that the Yin Wuque faction, or the position of Deputy Executive President, was loyal to the hospital president.
While the faction of the Executive Vice President Han Ming was, to a certain extent, hostile to the president. However, the president was not all-knowing and all-powerful, due to some kind of limitation, he could not kill Han Ming, nor could he revoke the position of Executive Vice President.
Therefore, Dai Lin had a speculation.
No one was allowed to enter the thirteenth floor of the outpatient building where the president resided, and similarly, the president never came to any place outside of the thirteenth floor.
Why is that?
Was it because the president wanted to maintain an air of mystery?
Or was it because...
The president actually couldn't leave the thirteenth floor of the outpatient building at all?
