RAPHAEL
The time I arrived back to Fine, after almost 3 days of being away and busily tending my mother's wake and burial, my feet swiftly headed to where Maria's shop was situated. I had my luggage brought home by my chauffeur as I was adamantly eager to behold her. I really intended to show myself at the shop's doorstep minutes before it closes, for reasons that I wished to ask her out for dinner to get acquainted with her even more.
It had been hours that I waited to appear in front of her, something that I was not accustomed to doing as it was often that people waited for me and not the other way around. But there was definitely something about Maria that made me do the impossible and things that I never once did. I should be soundly sleeping by now due to lack of adequate rest and severe tiredness, yet here I was inside her shop fully energized as if my body hadn't been restless for days.
