Two weeks had gone by so quickly. After the heartfelt scene inside my room, Gabriel has been diligently sending me gifts on a daily basis. Every time I wake up in the morning, a servant would give me something from him to perk up my day. My room looks more like a flower and toy shop now as it was filled with numerous bouquets of beautifully arranged red roses and cuddly stuffed toys.
I appreciate his thoughtfulness and generosity. Although it's a bit too much, I knew that these simple ways make him happy, so I just let him be. I won't deny the fact that it made me feel special, he made me feel special, but I don't want to expect more from him.
