Emma and Black were back in Nice just as I ordered them. We didn't waste our time and headed straight to the souvenir shop where Matias and his peers brought me the day before. While the three of us were standing at the still closed shop, I briefed them on how I came across Des Souvenirs and my plan of action now that I finally knew where to find Angelou.
We patiently waited until night time, hoping that Angelou would somehow appear, but we didn't see even a shadow of her. With faith that tomorrow would be miraculously different, we headed back to the villa and called it a night.
