As Riona's woke up, Sylvaine swiftly cast a healing spell. Although we were in a different world, and the spell's effects were not what we had hoped for, it still managed to heal Riona enough for her to walk without feeling pain.
I breathed a sigh of relief as she sat up, testing her strength. As her gaze met mine, I smiled and asked, "So, when are you going to show me around?"
She chuckled, a mischievous glint in her eye. "You could have looked around when I was sleeping," she teased.
I shook my head, feeling a bit mischievous myself. "How could I have done that? I'm not someone who likes to sneak around."
"I don't do that," she said, her lower lip jutting out in a playful pout, her eyes sparkling with mock indignation.
