As news-reporters shutter around the building in awe, Kovac Darius, moderator of Zaria, sat down besides his house. His girlfriend had just left him for Alexander Astor, son of a businessman.Â
His friends had also came and beat him when he called his girlfriend three times, demanding for where she was. Although Kovac was lean, and certainly could hurt someone, he preferred not to use his power for that sort of thing unless needed.
Kovac, instead of weeping shuffled in his pockets and grabbed his phone. He quickly put the car he bought for her on sale, and she quickly noticed.Â
*Ping.*
She had sent a message.
"You know I get a message everytime you sell something because I'm following you on Esel, right?" She messaged, trying to stop him.
"I do. But, you're with someone else, and the car is legally mine." He messaged back calmly.
"Take it off, or I'll get Damian to beat you again." She messaged.
Kovac's eyes narrowed.Â
"I can't promise he'll be alright." Kovac said confidently.
"Fine, he'll be visiting soon."Â
Sure enough, seventeen minutes later, Damian came, with his two friends ready.Â
Damian smirked.
"You never learn, do you? Adapt to the cycle - I don't want a former friend to be beaten." He said.
"Neither do I." Kovac muttered.
"Oh, I need to-" Damian was suddenly stopped as Kovac's fist flew towards his face.
He was flung back, his nose bleeding heavily.
The two henchmen charged towards Kovac, who kicked them down with ease.
Kovac was a amateur taekwondo martial artist, but the thing was - he was black belt.
Damian crawled backwards, limping as Kovac came closer to him.
"Never come back." Kovac said, coldly.
Kovac then kicked him in the stomach, and he fainted.
Kovac went in his house, and placed his game suit on him.
It was a pain-detecting torso piece, and a pair of hand motion detectors, and also slippers that would detect his legs.
He then put on the contacts, greeted by a loading screen.

Kovac watched intently, as the game loaded up.
Set in a palace, Kovac was a royal elve in his moderation account.
He equipped a spear.

He quickly used his skill, Lightning Flash, which teleported him to Newb Town.Â
Instantly, everyone fell silent.
He looked at everyone, until he saw five people, on the dead body of a level 1.
They too froze.
Kavoc said in a calm voice.
"Lightning Pierce!" he threw his spear, which looked like a lightning bolt to the eye, and once it travelled to the squad, it exploded as the sky became filled with dark clouds, that all charged with a lightning bolt at once, and launched, and when the smoke had cleared, the five people were gone.
He used Lightning Flash once again, this time appearing in the Outlands.
"What the heck!? It's PVP!" A swordswoman said.
"What really will be PVP is what happens after you guys get out. You will have a 9,000,000 bounty that you can't redeem at any at the Outlaw Posts because they will see you as a hero, while the sheriff will see you as a outlaw, so you can't even lose it by natural means." Kovac said, and intently watched the horror on their faces.
"9,000,000 Globals? Do you know that you can buy a real-money pack with that!?" A sage exclaimed.
"Now, for wasting my time, I'll now summon the undead skeletons, and the boss." Kovac snapped, and hundreds of skeletons began to inch closer, their color a dark eerie jet-black.
*ERHHGGG!*Â
The noise of the skeletons silenced their voices.
Suddenly...
- ____
Adminstrative Shutdown Issued.
All players are excused from Outlands - and will receive a Maximum Warlord Bounty, which gives the Champion of Champions Title upon killing.
The game... will really begin, and all admins should click the meeting invite that will be sent out right after this message.
Players, you will be blocked off of the servers indefinitely.Â
Goodbye, or rather, hello.
By your dear Director, Thomas Jemas.
- ____
Kovac immediately turned on Developer Mode.
Along with being a admin, he was a developer of the game.
He could now see the message was written beforehand.
He found the fact that excusing all Outlands bans, after saying the game would be blocked off indefinitely was sketchy.
Just like originally said, a invite appeared.
"Admin of Inventory has been summoned to a mandatory meeting." said the notification above him.
Sighing disappointly, he proceeded to accept it.
He found that the faces in the meeting were blacked out, but besides that nothing else was blacked out.Â
Admins were supposed to know by name, title and avatar, nothing else.
It had always been a rather odd confidential regulation - but Kovac dared not ask.
"It's good you can arrive, Developer Sky." Thomas said.
Thomas was a 6'2 man, slightly more lean than Kovac. His brown eyes whispered a hidden secret that would be revealed before them. His hair, black and slicked back, with a strand in the front. His face seemed to always adorn a playful tone, whether he was serious or sad.
"Today will be... a day you'll remember. First, I need you guys to enter the Tower of Teleportation."
"Um, should I join the game?" said the Empress of Administration, Rosie.
Kovac had always wanted to know Rosie, but he was unable due to the confidential regulation.
"Also, I permit you guys to know each other, since you'll see each other at the building. I have put it in... now, and no, just go to the "unplanned" building."
Kovac suddenly heard a loud alert and a notification came up.
"NATIONAL SAFETY ALERT! SECOND SUPERNATURAL BUILDING APPEARANCE, FORM TAKES ONE OF A CIRCULAR TOWER WITH UNINTELLIGIBLE INSCRIPTIONS." Kovac's face went distraught.
"Don't be scared, this will all make sense soon enough." Thomas said, somehow predicting them.
"What are you doing? This seems sketchy! I don't want to go!" said the Holy Follower of Administration.
"Well, would you go... for a million dollars?" Thomas teasingly said.
The Holy Follower of Administration stayed quiet for some time, contemplating.
"I'll honor it. As long as I can find out who Sky is." He murmured.
Kovac's face lit up.
'New friends.' thought Kovac.
The meeting finished off with a small explanation of how to greet the players.
Kovac put his short, white, spiky haircut in a masculine ponytail, held by a band.
He put on his boots, and head out.
He sprinted, as the building was close by.Â
He saw that a construction crew was trying to bring it down, to no avail.
Kovac quickly ran in, finding that there were four others.
"I'm Rosie." said a girl, with long, blonde hair, and wearing a white royal dress, that resembled hers within Zaria.
"Kovac, also known as Developer Sky. Adminstrator of Inventory, too." He bowed.
Rosie responded with a bow, too.
A slim man, with black, short and messy hair suddenly spoke up.
"I'm the Holy Follower of Administration, Alan. I manage all religious groups and also all guild-" He was cut off.
"We know." Kovac simply said.
"Haha... I'm getting off-guard, aren't I?" He chuckled.
Soon, they all knew each other.
There was Alan Roberts, Rosie Valoria, Lily Black, and Ethan Taylor.
Lily Black is a cheerful person, and is willing to help alot. Her black curly, long hair falling upon her shoulders told mysteries she would answer. She has tribal tattoos on both of her arms, right above her hand, and a crescent moon on her back.
Ethan is nice, and his sarcasm was humor in itself.
He has a average height and build, and short brown hair and green eyes that seem to sparkle with wits and intelligence. He wore a button-down shirt, slacks, and slippers.
He is intelligent and resourceful, being able to create a ping-pong toy with wood, string and a ball, all alone.
He cares deeply for people around him, and is kind when kindness is due.
Suddenly, a dark rift appeared, very wide, yet not very lengthy.
They tried to leave the building, but were sucked in.
Now, they're in somewhere they don't know.
