Chapter 12 - Chapter 12: Hollow Shell.

Weeks had passed since Kazuya's capture, weeks filled with endless torment and suffering. Each day brought new horrors, new forms of torture designed to break his spirit and crush his will.

The white-haired man's minions had subjected Kazuya to unspeakable cruelty, pushing him to the brink of madness with their relentless brutality. They had used every method imaginable, from physical torture to psychological manipulation, in order to completely claim his mind, they were sparing him no expense in their quest to break him.

But through it all, Kazuya had endured, clinging to the faint hope that someday, somehow, he would find a way to escape this living nightmare. Yet with each passing day, that hope grew dimmer, until it was little more than a flickering candle in the darkness.

As Kazuya sat in his cell, his mind numb and barely existent, he didn't even registered the presence of the white-haired man's assistant as he entered the room.

"Kazuya it's time to the chamber" The assistant spoke to him, his voice a distant echo in Kazuya's ears, but he did not reply. His mind was no longer his own, lost in a haze of pain and despair.

"Can you hear me? Or are you ignoring me???"

The assistant attempted to engage Kazuya in conversation, but his words fell on deaf ears. Kazuya remained silent, his gaze fixed on some unseen point in the distance, his thoughts a jumbled mess of confusion and despair.

Undeterred, the assistant reached out and took Kazuya's hand, expecting resistance or defiance. But to his surprise, Kazuya did not resist. He simply allowed himself to be led away, his expression blank and empty.

A wicked smile spread across the assistant's face as he realized that Kazuya had finally been broken, his spirit shattered beyond repair. With a triumphant gleam in his eyes, he led Kazuya to the chamber, where he would face yet another round of torment and suffering.

But as they walked, Kazuya's mind remained adrift in a sea of darkness, his soul a hollow shell of what it once was.
