Lin Wu withdrew his gaze and turned around.
In front, Chang Chi was still immobile. Lin Wu circled around to face him, only to see him with a cold, angry expression, staring intently at the entrance Guichi had entered.
Upon seeing Lin Wu, Chang Chi pursed his lips.
He actually couldn't speak and had no way to inform Lin Wu of his condition.
"What's wrong with him? Why isn't he moving?" Ren Ke asked, puzzled, as Chang Chi remained still.
Lin Wu didn't respond and instead took off the stone pendant he wore around his neck and put it on Chang Chi.
Chang Chi's eyes showed confusion.
"You can move now, let's go."
Lin Wu turned and headed toward the side of the pond.
Ren Ke, not understanding the situation, followed.
Chang Chi frowned slightly, just as baffled by Lin Wu's actions, but the next moment he realized that the restriction inside his body had vanished, and he could move his limbs again. Stunned for a moment, he quickly followed after Lin Wu.
