The lifeboat was fast, and it took Lu Guichi just over forty minutes to return to the island where Shi Ying and the others had been.
Upon arrival, Lu Guichi noticed that the large ship Shi Ying and the others had been on was no longer in sight.
"It seems Ba Ning has successfully persuaded them to leave."
Lu Guichi muttered to himself, stopped the lifeboat, and got onto the island.
