Just out of the black market, Lin Anning ran into Huo Shen, her face a picture of surprise.
"Why are you here? Did you come especially to find me?"
Huo Shen curled his lips slightly and casually took the schoolbag from Lin Anning's hand.
"I just happened to be passing by on an errand and thought you should be out of school by now."
"Didn't see you at school, so I figured you might have come here. Come on, I'll walk you home."
Lin Anning nodded and pulled out the movie tickets, waving them.
"I've already bought the tickets, ten o'clock tomorrow, don't be late!"
Huo Shen chuckled, "Even if the sky falls, I won't be late."
He still had things to deal with at the factory, so after dropping off Lin Anning at Hongqigou, he left first.
Back at the factory, he dived into the office and got busy.
Wu Gengshen came back after lunch, picking his teeth with a toothpick.
