Huo Shen sped to Beijing Hospital with Lin Anning and after getting out of the car, he carried her all the way into the hospital.
Seeing how urgent it seemed, the nurse thought it was some serious injury or illness and quickly pushed a hospital bed over.
"Comrade, the emergency room is this way, follow me!"
Lin Anning struggled to poke her head out from the blanket, looking at the nurse with an apologetic smile.
"I'm sorry, comrade, my partner is overreacting a bit. I'm a doctor myself, and it should just be a cold caught from the wind, no need for the emergency room."
Noticing that Lin Anning seemed to be in good spirits, and hearing her speak so coherently, the nurse checked on her and felt relieved.
