~Liquid Kingdom ~
Neriah started feeling dizzy and darkness took over. A hand caught her before she fell down.
"Neriah" Neptune, the sea god called but it seems she passed out. He picked her up in a bridal style and dived into the sea.
Under the Breathing Sea, the beautiful water was lit with the moon's silver light. An ethereal Realm takes shape. Towers of corals rise, adorned with luminescent Flora that dance in the gentle currents.
Pearlescent palace, crafted by the skilled hands of the aquatic architects, gleam amidst the azure depths, echoing with the whispers of an enchanted ocean.
In this watery Sanctum, iridescent mermaids weaves tales with their liquid voices and elusive nymphs, adorned with glistening scales dance amidst the ethereal glow of the underwater Flora.
Majestic sea horses carry riders through coral kingdoms, while curious sea dragons navigate the depths, their sinuous forms illuminated by the mysterious radiance of unseen wonders. Ancient guardians of the abyss, patrol with their eyes that reflect the wisdom of life.
In this aqueous tapestry, a symphony off fantastical beings created a mesmerizing ballet, resonating the heartbeat of the realm in the poetry of the sea.
Then, there emerged a sea god of striking allure. His chiseled features sculpted by the ebb and flow of tides, mirrored the depths of mystery beneath the shimmering waves.
Eyes like facets of polished aquamarine held secrets of the sunken realm, his flowing hair of seaweed kissed by the salty breeze evoked an ethereal majesty, and his aura commanded both tranquility and tempest of the vast untamed waters.
Neptune made his way to his terrain, where he gently placed Neriah in one of the vast mother pearl beds. Neriah's presence in the fantastic water realm is a dance in fluid grace, a manifestation of the aquatic magic. Because she possesses the extraordinary water powers, it is as of the ocean itself whisper secrets to her soul as she slowly opened her eyes. Her eyes came in contact with the gentle shimmering waves.
"Neriah"she heard Neptune's soft voice calling her name and she quickly sat up.
"Neptune?" She looked around utterly shocked, her voice came out in a whisper.
"What happened?" She asked, somehow, her heart was beating raggedly.
Neptune smiled warmly, though his smile was small, Neriah melted with his smile.
"You did excellent. I never knew you'll be so brave" he stated truthfully. His voice was so calm that it blew away tensions, leaving behind only a soft breeze of tranquility.
Neriah couldn't help but to admire this sea god. Though, this isn't the first time she's seeing him, it wasn't also often since she last saw hi, because she rarely comes to the Breathing Sea. So, it is as if his handsomeness doubled in thousand folds any time she sees him.
She won't deny, she'd always had an eye form him ever since she first saw him; that was when her father, the Moon Supreme was alive. Since then, she haven't seen him and never went to the Breathing Sea either.
But today, she had the chance to come since she needed his help.
Neptune smiled again when he saw her gaping at him.
"So you suddenly remembered me today?" His soft voice broke through her thoughts, making her snap back to reality.
Her cheeks turned into five shades of crimson blush. "No, that's not it. I've always wanted to meet you..."
"And what stopped you?" Neptune cut her off as his questioning gaze raked over her. Neriah lowered her head, fiddling her fingers.
"I apologise, Neptune. I was just..." Neriah trailed off, not knowing what to say. Neptune let out a melodious sound, chuckling.
"I understand, you don't need to start telling stories" he peeled his gaze from her and faced elsewhere.
"So, how've you been, Neriah?" He fixed his gaze back to her.
"I'm doing great, what about you?" Neriah asked, rolling her eyeballs like a guilty child. Neptune found her expression really amusing and he let out a throaty chuckle.
"Great as you can see. So, why are you here, exactly?" He tilted his head making his sea weed hair fall to the other side and he gazed calmly at her.
"Uhmm..." Neriah adjusted the way she sat and faced him.
"Actually, I came to ask for your help Neptune"
"I am willing to help you 'my' water goddess"
Neriah turned scarlet as she heard that possessive word 'my'. And her heart, which was calm just a while ago accelerated in the matter of milliseconds.
Their conversation was distracted by the arrival of one of the mermaids.
