~Jealous~
"What are you doing here?" Princess Rialorna asked, creasing her brows, trying to look serious or rather intimidating but Neev found her expression amusing instead as her lips curved up to an amused smile.
"Lansel called for me, what about you?" Niamh asked, with a smirk.
Rialorna's brows raised 'she even dared to call the prince by his name so casually?!' she yelled inwardly.
"Will Lansel sue me for calling him by his name?" Niamh read her mind and asked, a playful smile playing across her lips. Rialorna remained shut.
"Suddenly silent? Whatever, Lansel couldn't have called for both of us at once, so get going already" Niamh shooed, with a friendly mocking smile.
Rialorna clenched her fist tightly until her knuckles turned white, her action didn't go unnoticed by Neev. Somehow, she's breathing raggedly.
"You must feel terrible right now, have a frosty chilled bath. It would help calm your nerves" there was a concerned look on Neev's face as she said that, sarcasm dripping in every single word. She took a step forward and leaned closer to Rialorna,
"Don't trap the realm with your Powers, little plant elf" Niamh whispered, shooting her a mocking and sarcastic smile. Kieran and Ophelia giggled silently as they watched Rialorna huffed and marched away.
Severus opened the door and Niamh gracefully walked in while her maids bowed and left. Severus led her through the dim hallway, up to the stairs and straight to the dining room. The chamber looked bigger than she thought. And only Lansel is staying in such large castle! For goodness' sake!
Everywhere was decorated with the Realm's style; deep crimson, golden and some shades of royal blue.
There, she met Lansel standing behind a large floor to ceiling window, staring at space. His hands were behinds his back and he gently turned , sensing her presence. Niamh watched his structured perfect inhuman figure as he turned. Her silver eyes ran into a pair of dazzling sea green ones. In her life, she could swear that she'd never seen someone with such beautiful eyes. Though, it appears scary, intimidating, cold and dangerous at times.
For the first time, she didn't look away. Instead, she creased her brows, staring at Lansel with a serious and firm expression. Lansel stared at her, amused and chuckled amusingly.
"You were like a fierce princess out there" he teased, his lips curved up sideways, forming a smirk.
Niamh only rolled her eyes and scoffed.
"I made your fiancee mad, you should get angry" she snapped.
Lansel stared at her in disbelief
"Fiancee? She is not my fiancee" he replied calmly, as though comforting her. Somehow, his reply made Neev's anger come back and she quickly retorted.
"You too were hugging all night long, even when you promised to see me! You never came for you were spending your time with her, keeping me waiting!"
She, herself was shocked the way she talked back and yelled at him. She was never the type to raise her voice at anyone over anything. And now, she just got mad over... Wait, was she jealous?
Lansel flinched at the resentment and rage in her voice. He'd never thought she could be this fierce. Hey expression right now would get others thinking if she's really that soft, delicate and quite Neev, everyone knew.
Lansel stared at her through narrowed gaze and then slowly, he strode towards her. Every step he takes felt like a ticking bomb, steaming with grace and sexiness.
His expression was that of surprise and disbelief. This is the first time ever in his life a lady is yelling at him. Everyone in the Moon Realm is scared of him just with the deadly going in his eyes. He could act normal often times but his smoldering gaze that seemed deadlier than the sharpest dagger could bring the bravest man on Earth down to his knees.
He really got the most beautiful eyes ever, but also a deadly, cold and dangerous one at times. But now, this particular lady from the Calm Region, a lowlife supernatural just yelled at his face, but the most amazing thing is that he isn't even angry at her. On a normal note, he could have slit the throat of that person that has the guts to raise a voice at him but now...he only stared at her in disbelief like she's some sort of weird creature that came from another world.
Niamh could not stand the look in his eyes so, she slowly lowered her head. Lansel stood very close to her, his warm breath fanning her head for she's a way shorter.
"You sound jealous, Neev" he whispered, electrocuting her nerves that she's almost forgot to breath. His voice was serene and it seemed to have some magic as it lingers on her ear. Niamh gulped as she felt her cheeks heating up.
"I'm not jealous" she fired, glaring up at him.
A playful smirk played across Lansel's lips as he chuckled. Somehow, his chuckle sounds extra melodious. That alone acted las a symphony to take away Neev's anger.
"Obviously, you are" he pinched her nose. Niamh gasped at his action as her cheeks turned bright red.
"You're suddenly acting cute" his intense gaze turned into a teasing look.
"I'm not acting cute!" Niamh was quick to react that got Lansel chuckling.
Niamh almost melted from his melodious chuckle. Though his laughter never reached his eyes, it almost left her breathless.
"Here's your diadem, I wonder why it's in my room" she raised up the diadem to his face and it turns visible. Lansel took it from her and thrust it on the table.
"Why does your diadem changed colours?"
