Chapter 98 - Chapter 98:Primordial Omega Willpower Technique

"Beep!"

"Simulations completed."

"Beginning to deduce the most optimal method of reproducing the willpower constitution in the host body."

"Estimated time for deduction: 30 minutes."

Noah didn't mind waiting that short a time.

He sat back in his chair and closed his eyes, waiting for the time to pass.

Half an hour later, the deduction of the new method was completed.

Noah read it quickly and understood immediately.

It was an extremely advanced surgery in which one of the brain's neurons would be removed and then cloned en masse.

The nervous system would then be modified, expanding it to a certain extent to match that of the people of this world before implanting the new cloned neurons in it.

The latter would travel throughout the body, settling in every corner of it.

The next step would be to activate these new neurons by means of small electrical pulses so that they would generate neuronal activity throughout the body.

This neuronal activity would create the energy known as willpower.

In this way, the sorcerer would enter directly to level one of willpower.

Looking at the list of items and machinery that Nexus asked for in order to proceed with the operation, Noah went upstairs and handed it to his soul slave.

Since the latter was a doctor, getting all this medical equipment did not prove to be a problem.

Half an hour later, Noah had assembled an entire surgical team in the laboratory.

It was an enclosed capsule with multiple robotic arms inside.

This was a state-of-the-art operating bed and after Nexus hooked up to it, it became fully functional.

Pulling the sorcerer out of his cryogenic capsule, Noah placed him on the operating bed before the protective glass closed, sealing it so that no germs could pass through.

The bed first proceeded to give the sorcerer a thorough cleaning, removing any bacteria or germs before a robotic arm with a needle moved to the sorcerer's head before inserting the needle into his glabella, collecting a few neurons before removing the needle.

A capsule with a sample of brain fluid came out from the side of the bed before Noah grabbed it and placed it in a strange looking metal box.

The metal box turned on and began to work.

Meanwhile, mechanical arms stuck needles with a red liquid into different parts of the sorcerer's body.

Through the scanner, Noah saw the sorcerer's complex nervous system writhe as if it had come to life.

Some nerve endings expanded while others shortened.

Others shifted position while those near the internal organs underwent the most changes.

The nerves grew like vines that surrounded the various internal organs and began to merge with them little by little.

Five minutes later, a one-liter bag with a strange liquid came out of the machine.

Noah grabbed the bag and connected it to a tube protruding from part of the capsule.

The liquid in the bag was quickly sucked out before infusing into different parts of the new nervous system, with most of it going into the nerves connected to the organs.

Giving the sorcerer's body ten minutes to acclimate, the arms proceeded to the most crucial part, activating the new neurons.

The robotic arms sent different electrical pulses of varying intensity to specific points on the body.

Immediately afterwards, the previously dormant neurons woke up and began to glow with electrical pulses as they exchanged new information with each other before connecting with the neurons in the brain.

At that point, magic happened.

All the neurons scattered throughout the sorcerer's body began to work simultaneously, turning the sorcerer's entire body into a brain.

A specific type of energy began to emanate from the sorcerer.

"Willpower!"

Noah smiled knowing that his plan had worked.

After repeating the surgery a few times with other sorcerers, Noah made sure it was safe.

Calling Magna and Lena, he had them undergo the same surgery as well.

They didn't wake up until a couple of hours later.

"You two, how are you feeling?"

Magna felt her body for a while before speaking.

"Weak... Dizzy... But I feel like there's some kind of strange energy flowing throughout my body."

"Indeed. I feel like my thinking ability has increased by at least a third."

Lena carefully felt her body before commenting.

"Good! Since there were no problems, it's my turn."

Noah lay down on the scanner and let Nexus scan his body to make a new plan tailored to his body.

An hour later, Nexus finished with the simulations and Noah mentally prepared himself before undressing and getting into the operating bed.

The entire initial process was pretty much the same as before, with only a few minor changes.

Upon waking up, Noah felt a little dizzy because his brain had not yet adapted to the fact that his entire body now had neurons coursing through every part of it.

Sitting cross-legged, he sat down to meditate in an attempt to calm the dizziness.

"I feel...great!"

Feeling his dizziness go away, Noah stood up.

Now that Nexus no longer had anything else to work on, he could make him focus on his new goal.

Pulling two blue crystals out of his magic gourd, he slipped them into a Nexus data scanning compartment.

The first crystal was the crystal containing all the information collected by the ancient night elves he got from his original world while the second crystal contained a copy of Dagon's memories of the trueself path of the Eldrtch Universe.

Unlike the willpower of this world, which focused on the body, the willpower of the Eldrtch path focused on the soul.

Noah wanted to create a new path by mixing the two paths but he didn't want to do it now, for the moment he just wanted to leave this information in the database.

He then took out a huge amount of books and scrolls he got from the Tong Xuan realm that formed a large mountain that took up more than half of the large room and started to put them into the machine until it was completely filled.

And so Noah spent the next three days filling the machine with books and scrolls while Nexus copied and stored them in its database.

When he was finished with the last batch, he let Nexus finish sorting through the information before giving an order.

"Nexus! Use all the information in the database to create two willpower training methods leading up to level five willpower.

The first method will be for the Mech pilot path while the second will be for the energy machinist path."

Energy machinists were a separate profession from Mech pilots that used their willpower to increase their cognitive abilities instead of increasing their combat power.

An energy machinist uses various biochemical technologies and mechanical intelligence to create bodyguards, tools, experimental platforms and more. It takes mastery over a large amount of professional knowledge, which is divided into many schools.

There are energy machinists who focus their research on warfare and there are the scientific types of energy machinists who research drugs.

The most important point is that they can have their own research platform and use it to synthesize many materials and components that are needed for high-end Mechs.

It can accelerate the repair and treatment of high-end Mechs, improve the technology and strengthen their power and other comprehensive maintenance.

While all this was quite interesting to Noah and he had already decided to integrate the various biochemical technologies of the energy machinists to complement his Genesis plan, what interested him most at the moment was that the method of training energy machinists was completely different from that of the Mech pilots.

The best thing about it was that the two paths could be trained simultaneously, as one trained the willpower of the brain while the other trained the willpower of specific parts of the body.

Unlike the Mech pilot training method, which required natural talent to rise through the ranks, the energy machinist training method could be trained by anyone with willpower.

As cool as it sounded, the truth was that compared to Mech pilots, energy machinists were very few in number since to advance in the ranks one must subject their brain neurons to constant stimulation using very complex calculation formulas that would push an individual's brain capacity to the limit, still, very few could advance in the ranks with this method of training.

Still, Noah didn't care.

His plan was to create a dual training method for the body and the brain.

Although doing so would delay his advancement, he didn't care.

He was ready to spend several years in this room until he brought his two paths to level 5 willpower.

As for why only up to level five, that was because once one entered level five, one entered a phase of resonance with his Mech and would begin to form a connection of sorts.

The resonance levels were divided into four: New Moon, Half Moon, Full Moon and Two Moons.

From 10% to 30% resonance, one would be at the New Moon level. From 30% to 50% was Half Moon, 50% to 90% was Full Moon, and finally 90% to 100% was the final Two Moon level.

There was also a big difference between the four levels, because with different degrees of resonance, there was a big difference in the amount of resonance power they could release.

Therefore, a pilot had to build the best Mech he could to resonate with because once resonance began, one could not change his Mech.

And how could Noah, who was ambitious to the extreme, settle for a simple Mech.

He wanted a Mech that was truly special, one that this technologically advanced universe had never seen before.

That's why he decided to create a method that would take him only to level five.

When the method was created, he would already leave it to Nexus to improve it to get it to higher levels.

"Beep!"

"Analyzing data."

"Beginning to deduce a dual willpower training method."

"Estimated time to create new method: 3 months."

Noah didn't mind the time.

According to Nexus' analysis, it would take his body a year to adapt to his new structure and the willpower coursing through his nervous system.

As for the other two, whose bodies were weaker than his, it would take them three years to fully adapt to the willpower.

In the blink of an eye, the three months had passed and Nexus had finished creating the new training method.

"Beep!"

"Task completed!"

"New dual training method with no name created."

"Please indicate a new name for the new training method."

Noah thought for a moment before speaking.

"Register it as Primordial Omega Willpower Technique."

"Beep!"

"New name assigned."

Then all relevant information was downloaded into Noah's mind using a helmet connected to Nexus.

Noah then called the other two to have the new method transferred to them.

"Nexus! Start creating an energy machinist chip compatible with the primordial Omega Willpower Technique."

"Beep!"

"New task set."

"Estimated time for the creation of the new chip: 1 year and three months."

The Energy Machinist chip is a special piece of equipment that one can incorporate into his Willpower. It can enhance computational skills, simplifying many complicated and repetitive methods.

With it, an Energy Machinist only needs to find the calculation method and calculate it once. After that, the Energy Machinist chip would record the calculation method and then be able to calculate that way every time, greatly reducing the burden on the Energy Machinist.

Once one had integrated a chip into their willpower, they would not be able to change it, so Nexus had to create the best one they could.

The chips had various levels of quality, from lowest to highest, and the one Nexus was creating was one of the highest level, something that would have taken an Energy Machinist over 100 years of hard work to create.

Compared to waiting 100 years, the time given by Nexus was nothing.

Sitting off to the side, Noah simply picked up a book and began to read.
