Upon arriving at the hotel, Benjamin parked the car in the lot. Sheila, anxious to retrieve her belongings, quickly unbuckled her seatbelt.
"Wait a moment," Benjamin said, stopping her with a gentle touch on the arm.
"You might get dizzy or even faint. Let me help you."
Sheila looked at him in surprise, but nodded, accepting his concern.
Certainly, she wasn't at her best.
Both got out of the car, and Benjamin guided her towards the entrance.
As they entered the hotel lobby, Sheila felt a mix of nostalgia and anxiety. This was the place where she had met Benjamin, and where everything had started so unexpectedly. She walked with him to the reception, where a receptionist greeted them with a smile.
"Good afternoon, how can I help you?" the receptionist asked, looking at Sheila and then at Benjamin.
"I'm here to pick up my belongings," Sheila replied, a bit nervously.
