Deamon wanted to enjoy this feeling that he hasn't felt since he was eleven. He had already signed the divorce papers but he wasn't going to give her what she wanted. He's going to investigate what makes her special for him.
Deamon: "I married you because of my father's wishes. So he needs to give us his blessings in this divorce. If there's nothing else I'll be heading back."
Isabella was furious at this insufferable man.
Isabella: "if you don't sign the papers I'll see you in court."
Deamon: "mn. I'll be waiting."
Deamon stood up and left. Jake was waiting outside the private room.
Deamon: "give her my contact information."
Jake went into the room. Isabella was just preparing to leave.
Jake: "miss Isabella, boss wants you to have his contact. Here's his private number and email. If you need anything just let him know. Please don't worry the bill has been paid."
Jake gave her a business card then left. Isabella was dumbfounded at deamon's behaviour. He never cared about her and now that she wants a divorce he wasn't going to fulfill her wishes. Isabella left and went back home. She didn't care so much about deamon right now as she was preparing her takeover in her company.
Two weeks passed and today Isabella was officially the new ceo of longevity jewellery corporation. Her company had a total net worth of two hundred million dollars. Basically they produced high quality jewelry but compared to other jewellery companies they were not sophisticated enough. This is because they didn't venture too much on other types of jewelry except rubies, diamonds and gems stones.
Isabella planned to venture into other types of materials from foreign countries so that she can expand her demand and enter into the international market. Tonight there was going to be a party to celebrate her new position. Her godfather booked a venue at the luxe hotel. Many sophisticated people came to the party especially when they knew Jeffrey Simmons was going to attend.
Isabella didn't like crowded places but she has to appear because this was her party after all. She was dressed in a off shoulder beige dress that showed her perfect body. Together with her flawless makeup she was a dream come true woman for all men. Jeffrey accompanied her in greeting the guests as he introduced her to some of his business partners. After walking around the hall for a few hours Isabella was exhausted. She took off into a lounge that was reserved for her use this evening. She rested for around fifteen minutes then decided to head back to the party. When she opened the door she saw Deamon standing at her door.
Deamon was about to knock on the door but then he suddenly stopped and just stood there. After a few seconds the door was opened. He was left speechless by her beauty but most importantly he felt a calm aura enshroud his body the moment he breathed in her scent. Ever since having dinner with her he hasn't been himself. He finds himself very irritable about almost everything. He's lost his senses that he became violent in some occasions. Deamon hasn't been in this beast like stage in a very long time. Many times he wanted to just take Isabella and tie her to him at all times but he knew that she wouldn't like that. His dad told him to come to this party to support his wife but he wasn't going to come. His inner beast took control and he came over just to see her.
Deamon didn't like crowded places so he hid in a private room waiting for a chance when she'll be alone. Jake told him that isabella has left the party and was inside her lounge room he hurried there so that he could see her. Isabella was shocked to see deamon outside her room. Deamon didn't say anything to her but just take her in his arms, entered the room and slammed her on the door.
