When I woke up, I felt a heaviness in my chest, and could barely sit up on the bed.
Fuck I was getting tired of getting shot and stabbed.
Ever since meeting him, the scars of my body just seemed to keep coming in.
"Boss! Thank goodness you're awake!" Elio called out from the bedroom door.
"Not so loud." I groaned through the raging headache I was feeling. He came in and set a tray of medicine next to my bed.
Wait, this was my room? I was back home again.
"I was starting to get worried, the doctor said he wasn't sure when you'd wake up, and that was four days ago." Elio informed me while changing my drip.
"So you saved me?" I observed, wriggling my toes to see if I could walk. "You got my location then?" My mind flashed back to when I shared my location to Elio before I got binded with ropes.
