Chapter 206 - Chapter 206: Thriller Bark

In the territory of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, Gecko Moria's domain.

It was unexpected that they had casually landed in this place. The name of the Seven Warlords of the Sea alone would make other pirates wary.

These were pirates with bounties in the hundreds of millions, their power unmatched by ordinary pirate crews.

But were Ryujiro and his crew ordinary pirates?

The Thriller Bark was a fitting place for them, and Ryujiro was also curious whether Moria's Shadow-Shadow Fruit ability could shorten his own shadow.

If it could, what container in this world could withstand his terrifying power?

In the palace, a massive and eerie figure loomed.

The giant's body was dark purple and seemed grotesque, with scars crisscrossing from his forehead to his neck, and sharp horns on his head, making him resemble a vampire that toys with life.

"Moria-sama! Someone has landed on the island!"

A zombie with stitches covering its body rushed in to report to Moria.

Gecko Moria, the captain of Thriller Bark ship.

"How wonderful, new material has arrived."

Moria's sharp laughter sent chills down the spine, and his eerie face was unsettling.

"So, who are they?"

Moria's strange eyes glinted with cold light.

No one who entered the Thriller Bark had ever escaped his grasp. Their shadows all became his puppets.

"Moria-sama, it seems to be the White Demon Pirates."

Moria's expression froze, showing deep shock.

The White Demon Pirates?!

How could those guys end up in his territory!

Moria's cold smile gradually became stiff.

Moria laughed once more.

If he could obtain the shadows of the White Demon Pirates, he'd have a chance to return to the New World and seek revenge on Kaido!

The insane thought overcame Moria's fear of the White Demon Pirates.

This was his territory!

"Absalom."

As he spoke, a figure suddenly appeared in the palace, unnoticed until now.

He resembled a humanoid lion, wearing a similar round hat to Moria, with clear stitch marks.

"Lord Moria."

Absalom knelt respectfully before Moria.

"Go and monitor them. With your abilities, they won't easily discover you."

"Understood, Lord Moria."

A dark glint flashed in Absalom's eyes. With his Clear-Clear Fruit, he was almost undetectable.

Moreover, Absalom was a perverted lunatic who had long coveted the White Demon Pirates' White-Eyed Sorceress.

Her tempestuous figure made her a perfect candidate for his wife.

At this moment, Ryujiro and his crew had already landed on the island.

Before them lay a three-headed hellhound stitched together, with its tongue exposed and its soul obliterated, reduced to a half-dead body.

"Disgusting."

"Who could be so twisted as to stitch these creatures together? How did they even survive?"

Carmen frowned, looking at the cold corpse on the ground with disgust.

"Gecko Moria. His abilities can easily accomplish such things."

Ryujiro gazed at the distant, eerie castle with a smile.

It was a pity that such a legendary warrior from Wano had died like this.

The only figure from Wano that interested Ryujiro was the legendary Dragon-Slayer Samurai, Shimotsuki Ryuma!

A powerful swordsman with many legends in Wano, if Ryujiro could turn Ryuma into an Vasto Lorde level Arrancar, his forces would become even stronger.

The second Hollow.

It wouldn't be long before Shiki became an Arrancar.

Along the way, Ryujiro's group encountered many zombies.

Though zombies are immortal, if their bodies are completely destroyed, their shadows lose their containers. Immortality is just a joke in the face of such destruction.

Lightning and wind ruthlessly destroyed the eerie forest. These zombies weren't mindless creatures; they could feel fear and terror.

Under the assault of lightning and wind, the zombies in the forest kept their distance.

Even though they were immortal, witnessing other zombies turn to ashes made them realize that immortality was a joke against these people.

"Captain, were these zombies created by Moria?"

Kun asked with confusion.

Ryujiro answered, "Moria merely gives these shadows life. The ones who create the zombies are different."

"These zombies are merely puppets. Moria's spirit was long gone after being defeated by Kaido."

"How could he ever seek revenge on Kaido with just this? It's wishful thinking."

"Just a cowardly fool."

Ryujiro's words were filled with disdain for Moria.

The Shadow-Shadow Fruit's power was not insignificant. If properly developed, it could become a top force on the seas.

But Moria had gone astray, relying on others' power could never lead him to the pinnacle.

Moria deserved to live in Kaido's shadow for the rest of his life.

"That bastard! How dare he insult Lord Moria!"

Absalom, hiding in the shadows and watching Ryujiro's group, muttered angrily.

Everything he had was granted by Lord Moria. Moria gave him a new life, and yet White Demon dared to call him a coward.

You'll disappear in the sunlight when Lord Moria gets your shadow!

Absalom's eyes were cold with hatred.

He then greedily eyed Hinata, her purple hair and tempestuous figure unable to divert his gaze.

Absalom's eyes were filled with greed and possessiveness.

A White-Eyed Sorceress! Only such a woman was worthy of him.

She was his dream wife.

At that moment, Hinata's brow furrowed. The unsettling gaze made her feel uncomfortable all over.

"Who's there?"

Hinata launched an Eight Trigrams Air Palm, a visible shockwave firing out.

A scream pierced the air as Absalom was sent flying, crashing heavily to the ground.

Clutching his abdomen, he looked bewildered and pained.

How is this possible!

Wasn't he invisible?!

Ryujiro's gaze shifted slightly. "So it's him."

He had thought the previous gaze came from nearby zombies and had paid little attention. After all, Ryujiro wouldn't bother with ants.

Hinata, with a frosty expression, approached him. Her aura was surrounded by a ghostly green chakra, creating a suffocating pressure that made Absalom feel breathless.

At this moment, Absalom's earlier lust had vanished, replaced only by fear of death.

He liked weak women, not powerful ones!

Hinata was completely different from what he had imagined.

"Ahh!"

"What kind of power is this!"

Gravity bore down on Absalom, making him tremble on the ground like a dead dog. He felt as though he was carrying a heavy mountain on his back.

"Disgusting bastard."

Hinata's eyes were filled with revulsion and coldness.

"Boom—"

As the gravity exploded, Absalom's insides were crushed, and he bled from all orifices, dying in agony.
