The bus kick off and they drove out the school the ward coming down for a minute before it was put back up again.
The drive was smooth one wouldn't know they were on a moving bus with the window drawn.
Alaric didn't do much to bother as he was back to resting his head on his seat, his chair was pulled back which made it look like he was in a sleeping position.
Isleen not knowing what to do also rest her head on the head rest closing her eyes momentarily.
An hour past,she woke up due to the bump on the road, she opened her eyes and noticed her head was resting on Alaric's shoulder.
She still hearing him say.
"Was it comfy, you can sleep some more I don't mind being your pillow" he said.
Isleen raise her head and clear her throat.
She look away embarrassed unable to make eye contacts.
The bus came to a halt, students began trooping out the bus making little noises.
Calix step out with Thaddeus followed by Orlaith, Neera was still seated she turn to look over at Alaric noticing him still seated.
Neera got up and made her way to him.
Isleen got up not wanting to obstruct Neera, she was about moving when Neera place her foot on the road which resulted in Isleen stumbling forward.
Alaric eyes swiftly followed her movements, he jerk her backwards before she could hit her head and fall. She bounce off on him looking surprised.
"Watch your step" he told her.
He shoot a glare at Neera whose scowl was deeper than the ocean.
"Aren't you getting off?" He ask Neera.
"I was waiting for you so we could step out together" she told him.
"We aren't link by the leg you can find your way can't you?" Alaric said irritated by her presence.
Before things could escalate than they already have, Isleen pull away from Alaric's hold and scurry off".
As soon as she stepped out Alaric stood up he pocketed his hand glancing over at Neera.
"Don't try anything funny" he warned with that he stepped away.
Neera fist her palm gritting her teeth.
"I will f**king kill her" she mutter low in her breathe.
Isleen step out the bus looking around a the vast environment with human striding around.
It was a hotel which will be housing all the students.
She look around and notice how everyone went about their business.
She made her way to where the other students where, she look around for Giovanna and Mizuki.
All students of harmonious college were wearing a school badge around their neck so they wouldn't be mixed up with the humans and their wouldn't be a need to search for anyone missing if their badges are on.
"Isleen!!" Giovanna called waving from the opposite side of the floor.
She ran over to them.
"How was your ride, lucky you you got to ride with the elites" Giovanna said.
Mizuki who was holding a Polaroid camera raised it up at take a photo of them.
"Come closer, she called out to Isleen who scuttle close to them.
"Cheese" they said taking a snap.
"Alright gather around" Mr Allen called.
They all gather around with their luggages in hand.
"You will all be taken to the campsite there isn't enough room to accommodate you all, now you will be given a tent and three or four of you have to share it. No fight no bullying and no straying off, I don't want to see you guys awake chatting while you are supposed to be asleep. If I catch anyone misbehaving, a mark will be deducted from their final exams. Are we clear on that?" Mr Allen ask.
"Yes Mr Allen"the crowd of students answered.
"Good now follow your teachers and move in a coordinate line."
They turn and made their way to the campsite which was behind the hotel building.
"Yeah, ahh ahh"
Chatters went around as they were having fun building their tent them selves.
"Pull this Isleen what are you doing?" Giovanna ask coming over to adjust the side Isleen was nailing to the ground.
"Sorry, like this?" Isleen asked.
"Yes yes good" Giovanna said grinning.
"That off the table, there's indeed enough space for four of us" Mizuki said.
"You guys put it up nicely" Isleen heard from behind, she turned along with Giovanna and Mizuki who look up.
Calix stood Infront of them observing the tent they put up.
A blush instantly appear on Giovanna's face.
"Damn I find it hard to do, look over there," he pointed moving a bit so they could see the tent he was putting up with Thaddeus which wasn't going well. "We are making a mess aren't we?" He asked.
Isleen curl her lips not wanting to discourage him.
"Um well, a little help wouldn't hurt" Isleen said she look back at Mizuki who shrug.
Giovanna sure wouldn't have a problem even if they helped them cook.
The three of them along with Calix making four stroll over and went over to Thaddeus who sigh the up fifth time.
He threw the tent aside sitting on the bare floor while grabbing a water from the nearby mini table to drink.
"Can we help with that?" Isleen asked seeing as he was getting frustrated, he look up at them.
"Uhn sure am open For help at this point. He said standing aside.
Isleen and the girls put up the tent in ten minutes, they sigh.
Thaddeus stare shocked at them.
"Wow it took me almost an hour to put the tent in the stick I guess we learn new things everyday. Thank you guys" he said genuinely.
Isleen nodded with a smile she found herself looking around Alaric was nowhere in sight.
She bite her lips the urge to ask after him was tempting.
"Goodness there he is, where have you been, you suddenly disappear.
Isleen turn like the rest of the girls to see Alaric making his way towards them, looking casual but hot at the same time.
Stop!!
She must have lost it, him hot no way. And come to think of it, she hasn't seen Justin around.
Isleen look around at the students present but there was no sign of him, she walk right past Alaric to see if she can catch sight of Justin anywhere.
"Where to? Alaric call stoping her.
"Uhn, I.... Nothing" she turn to look at him her brow arch the next seconds.
"Why do you care?" She ask.
"I don't" he replied.
Calix lean over to Thaddeus.
"Did he just smile?"
"I thought I saw it wrong too" Thaddeus reply.
"Wasn't she the girl the other night the one at the party and at the cafeteria, you think they have something going on?" Calix said.
"I have never seen Alaric this smooth talking, he's always tired or lazy, but he seems energized to me I can't be wrong he's too obvious" Thaddeus said observing the two in front of them.
"Neera won't find this funny" Calix said.
"Judging from their interaction they aren't dating yet, but Alaric..... He's not sure" Thaddeus said observing his friend.
"What are you both whispering?" Giovanna said leaning over.
Calix flinch he had forgotten they were there for a moment.
"Do you do that a lot?" He asked.
"Giving people jump scare, the last time at the cafeteria you were the one I bump into right?" He said discarding Thaddeus and stepping into Giovanna line of sight.
Giovanna step back.
"You remembered?" She asked.
"Who wouldn't, that was embarrassing I got stew all over you and I couldn't get that off my mind, was your uniform badly ruin? I was going to order another one for you but you were gone the next seconds"
Giovanna blink rapidly overwhelmed by his closeness she was almost shrinking in like a snail the position she stood made her back arch badly but Calix wasn't leaning away instead he was advancing.
"I.... am fine the ...stain d ...didn't stay" she told him struggling to get her words in order.
"That good then" Calix replied before stepping back.
