"Yes, exactly," I agreed, feeling a surge of gratitude for his understanding. "I wanted to get your thoughts on it. What do you think about expanding?"
Chef Kang leaned back in his chair, considering my question. "Expanding is a big step. It means more responsibility, more work, but also more potential for growth. You've built something special here, Jiyeon. I think a new branch could be very successful if we approach it with the same passion and attention to detail."
His words were encouraging, and I felt a renewed sense of determination. "You're right. We have to be careful and strategic, but I believe we can do it."
