"Char hurry up we don't have all day, we gotta go to the teleportation tower to get to the dungeon on time."
Getting up Claire rushed to get ready for the dungeon by putting on her leather armor getting her gun and holster. Looking in the mirror she could see her orange and red hair all sprawled about and her black eyes with sleeping bags under them from the lack of sleep she's gotten these few days.
There have been many dungeon attacks lately that her and fellow protectors have been called in to go and take care of. Rushing to her kitchen she grabbed some food for the road and opened the door to see her party.
There was a 2.2-meters giant named Toby who was the tank of the group. Little surprise there. Then there was the who called her earlier named Pat he was the leader of the group and also the swordsman of the group. Finally, there was Jack, the thief of the group. He was a short, scrawny man of 135cm tall.
"Al.. lotts hee..d out. (Alright let's head out)" Claire said with a sandwich in her mouth.
They all got into the car and started to head to the teleportation tower to go and meet up with other protectors.
"Will you ever learn to talk without food in your mouth?" said Pat
"There's no point in wasting time when you can do two things at once." siad Char
"You're lucky we can even understand what you say when you talk like that. I don't know how you haven't gained weight from eating so much" said Jack, who was sitting next to her.
Hearing this Claire stepped on one of his feet.
"Ahhhhhh" siad jack. While the other two laughed at his foolishness this is one of many times when jack has gotten hurt for saying something stupid.
"Alright time to get to business. We have been summoned to deal with a rank B dungeon break on planet Zaritroff. Our plan is to get to the tower and travel in a large group into a city that has been overrun and do a pincer move with the nation of Gul's army. This event will take place in 3 hours so get ready.
Hearing this everyone went silent and prepared themselves for the battle to come. This has been the 3 times they've been called this week which shows just how frequent these attacks are becoming.
" alright we're here at the teleportation tower lets head in and get ready." said Pat
"Hey guys over here!!!" said Kate, the sniper of the group. Hearing this they all sighed. Kate was a jinx through and through no matter what they were doing as long as Kate was around something ended up going wrong. But they needed her, her skill in eliminating the enemy range units was somethin else.
"Hello Kat do you know the plan." asked Pat
"Yep." Kate responded in a joyful manner
Like this they headed into the tower to get ready to teleport. The tower was 12 stories tall, circular in shape with a 70 meter circumference. the first 10 floors had different teleporation circle sprawled about them to travel to different planets. Then the last two were used for workers of the tower.
Going through the doors they went to the reception desk and showed them their cards and were told what teleportation circle to head towards inside.
"Alright everyone, make sure you stay safe out there. We are going into enemy territory so we will be doing a triangle formation with Char and Kat in the middle." Pat said
As they reach their teleportation circle something strange happened. The teleportation circle started to turn blood red and shine a blinding light which soon became too bright forcing everyone to look away.
After a few seconds the light went away and what awaited their sight was a bleeding boy passed out on the ground covered in blood.
"Someone get a healer!!!!!!"
