Although her current attributes are strong among ordinary Commanding levels, they still fall short compared to some of the more powerful Commanding levels. She's about upper-middle tier.
However, while her attributes aren't outstanding, her equipment provides significant bonuses!
This beast tide was both an opportunity and a disaster. For some weaker Lords, it could have been catastrophic, but for top-tier Lords, it was a feast.
