Roja removed his coat, now adorned with the rank of major, and hung it neatly on the hanger by the window. Outside, a group of recruits marched past the building, their voices loud as they shouted their slogans in unison. Sweat poured down their faces as they pushed themselves to their limits in the sweltering heat. Roja sighed, feeling the oppressive warmth of summer, but the cool sea breeze that drifted through the window offered a much-needed respite.
Stretching his arms and yawning, Roja flopped onto the cot in his room, resting his head on his arm. His muscles ached from the long day, but he didn't mind. His mind wandered, thoughts drifting back to the past three years.
"It's already been three years since I came to this world," he murmured softly to himself, half-asleep.
His eyes fluttered closed as memories flooded his mind. In the beginning, the panic had been overwhelming. The world of One Piece was a chaotic and dangerous place, filled with pirates—most of them ruthless and violent. Pirates like Monkey D. Luffy, with his kind heart, were rare exceptions. Roja had been thrown into this hostile world without warning, and the uncertainty of survival had been terrifying.
But he had adapted. In order to protect himself, Roya enlisted in the Navy and pushed himself to his limits. Enrolling in the naval academy, he worked tirelessly for three years, slowly gaining the skills that ensured his survival. During this time, he unlocked something extraordinary—Conqueror's Haki. A power so rare that only one in a million could awaken it.
The revelation of his Conqueror's Haki had sent shockwaves through Navy Headquarters. The power was so extraordinary that he had been promoted from second lieutenant to major in a matter of weeks. Yet, what amazed him even more than the promotion, or even the awakening of his Haki, was the sudden activation of a mysterious system.

Shigan enabled him to deliver concentrated, destructive force with just his fingers.
Kami-e is a Rokushiki technique that enables the user to dodge attacks by making their body flexible and light, allowing them to float and avoid most blows.
Rankyaku is a powerful projectile technique where the user kicks at high speeds to create a sharp blade of compressed wind, capable of slicing through objects and causing significant damage to the human body.
Geppo, or Moon Walk, is a Rokushiki ability that allows the user to kick the air with great force, enabling them to jump higher and appear as if they're flying, making it a powerful tool for aerial combat.
Tekkai is a Rokushiki ability that hardens the user's body like iron to withstand most attacks, requiring intense muscle training, and Jabra's variation, Tekkai Kanpo, is a martial art known as Iron Body Kung Fu.
Rokuogan is a secret and deadly technique exclusive to Rob Lucci, requiring mastery of the other six Rokushiki abilities, and allows the user to release a powerful shockwave from their fists that can bypass defenses and cause immense damage.
But it was Conqueror's Haki that truly set him apart, a power that could overwhelm the will of others with just a glance.
As Roja absorbed the information, the system continued to explain its functions.
"The automatic training system... it can train my abilities automatically as long as I meet certain conditions," he muttered, his mind racing. "If I master an ability or unlock its potential, I can assign a training project to enhance it, and the system will handle the rest."
He paused for a moment, taking it all in. The idea of having such a powerful tool at his disposal was exciting, but he needed to understand it better. The system also promised rewards for progress, which made him even more eager to push his abilities further.
"Unexpected events or strong emotions can also trigger new training projects," he read aloud. "And when an ability reaches its maximum level, I'll receive a special reward."
With a grin, Roja felt a sense of excitement bubbling inside him. This system had the potential to make him stronger than he ever imagined. The idea of having abilities that could level up automatically was almost too good to be true.
"System, do I have any active training projects?" Roja asked eagerly.

The rate of progress depended on the strength and complexity of the ability itself. For example, while it only took a little over a year for Roja to raise his Six Form Styles to an intermediate level, it had taken three years for his Conqueror's Haki to reach the same stage.
"I need to focus on my weaknesses," Roja murmured, thinking back to his struggles. "But I still don't know how to train Armament Haki or Observation Haki. I need a mentor for those…"
Looking out the window at the recruits running laps in the blazing sun, Roja sighed. He had been one of them just a few years ago, struggling to keep up. But now, he was a Navy major, his skills honed and his power growing every day.
Suddenly, a recruit dashed forward, sprinting a hundred meters in the blink of an eye. Roja's eyes widened in surprise.
"That's... the Six Form Styles - Soru!" he exclaimed, his voice full of awe. It had taken him years of hard work to master just two of the Six Form Styles, yet this recruit had unlocked Soru in under a year.
"Talent really is unfair," Roja muttered, shaking his head. Despite the initial feeling of discouragement, a surge of determination rose within him. "Genius or not, with this system, I'll surpass anyone."
At that moment, the system chimed in, as if it had sensed Roya's renewed fighting spirit.

"Abilities respond to emotions?" Roja thought, astonished. The system explained that external stimuli, like strong emotions or significant events, could influence the development of abilities. This was something he had not expected, but it made perfect sense.
"Incredible," Roja said, grinning. "If emotions can speed up my training, I'll find ways to keep my fighting spirit high!"
With that, he focused on stimulating his Conqueror's Haki. But despite his best efforts, the power remained dormant. It was as though his will alone could not awaken it.
"Maybe it's too advanced to be influenced like that," Roja mused, frowning. "I'll figure it out eventually. No genius can beat me with this system by my side."
Just as he was contemplating how to activate his Conqueror's Haki, a shout came from behind him.
"Major Roja, Vice Admiral Garp requests your presence!"
