Chapter 73 - Changes

"What the hell does this mean?", Milcar couldn't help but think with some surprise in his mind. After all, this had never happened before. Not only was his body not responding to his thoughts and commands, but it was also moving of its own accord. Gradually, Milcar's hands caressed Yuiyui's stomach—her skin smooth and soft, with faint traces of barely noticeable abs. Moving his palms upward, Milcar encountered Yuiyui's slightly developed breasts.

As this happened, Milcar's other hand embraced Yuiyui around her waist, while he continued to kiss her desperately.

"Just for a moment, lose yourself in the fantasy of the woman in front of you, kissing her delicate and soft lips that envelop yours, wandering her body like a homeless pilgrim longing to return home. Is there anything better than the woman before you?".

"Little by little, glimpsing a new horizon, feeling that with just a touch of this woman, your mind could be at peace for eternity. A hug, a kiss, a touch—Is that enough?, Could it be enough?"

"The destiny of your life belongs to one woman alone. Do you need other unworthy women when the goddess before you is willing to spend her eternal life by your side, traveling through the cosmos, giving life to countless races, exploring infinite worlds... Is that what you desire?"

For a moment, various thoughts filled Milcar's mind, as if they were other voices speaking with sweetness and affection, tempting him to stop resisting and simply accept the goddess in front of him into his heart.

However, Milcar mobilized his powerful Foundation Establishment Qi to quickly dispel these ideas. Nevertheless, his body still didn't react; it was as if he were a mind within a body moving on its own.

It's unclear how long Milcar listened to those voices until he used his Qi to destroy them, but when he focused on his surroundings, he found himself lying on a soft bed. The night was at its peak, and as he rested against a pillow, Yuiyui lay in his arms.

Milcar narrowed his eyes. Hours or even years could have passed; time seemed to have faded around him when he began hearing those voices, and now it appeared to have returned. Milcar tried to move his arm with little hope, only to receive a jolt of reality. His body seemed to have returned to normal; he could move his arms, legs, and so forth.

A sense of calm flooded Milcar's heart as he moved his arm in a regular manner, but soon fear crept into his mind. "What happened?", Milcar swallowed, unable to understand why his body had started acting on its own—perhaps because of Yuiyui...

"Wait…", Milcar murmured to himself as he felt Yuiyui shift slightly in his arms. She is naked, and Milcar could feel her soft body against his.

One moment he was lying beside her on the bed, and the next he appeared far from Yuiyui, near the door, completely naked. Milcar quickly found his clothes thrown over a wooden chair, dressed hurriedly, and left the room.

Although Megumin's house was quiet and it seemed to be midnight, Milcar still moved swiftly, checking every corner of Megumin's house without finding any fault. Everyone seemed to be sleeping in their own places, but Milcar couldn't find Hyoozaburo anywhere. He only found a room where Megumin and Komekko slept together, embracing each other.

Milcar squinted with some doubt. When he arrived, it seemed Hyoozaburo was preparing suitcases, but, Why?, These questions remained unanswered until Milcar glimpsed an unnatural light reaching through a window, causing his heart to race. He approached the window to get a better view outside.

Far in the distance, there seemed to be a fire or a very large bonfire, right in the center of the Crimson Magic Village.

Milcar couldn't understand it; however, his body simply disappeared and reappeared in the room where Yuiyui slept peacefully.

Milcar's body moved quickly; his hand moved maliciously, aiming to crush Yuiyui's head and forget about this problem. Yet, just a centimeter away from Yuiyui's head, Milcar felt his hand stop. There wasn't a barrier around Yuiyui; it was as if Milcar's hand couldn't move.

Milcar squinted severely; the next moment, he changed his intentions to simply caressing Yuiyui's head, and to his surprise, he could control his body normally.

Swallowing hard, Milcar tried once more to use his strength to instantly crush Yuiyui's head and kill her. However, his body didn't obey him; it stopped as soon as he tried to bring his hand maliciously close to Yuiyui's head.

Nevertheless, Milcar persisted, trying other methods like kicking Yuiyui's body or using a Qi attack, but none of it worked. His foot automatically stopped when it neared Yuiyui's head, and his Qi didn't respond when he tried to attack Yuiyui. Yet, when Milcar tried simply caressing or touching Yuiyui inappropriately, his body obeyed without any issue.

"What is this?", Milcar's heart pounded; his mind tried to find reasons to explain this madness, his will faltering.

In the silent night, Yuiyui seemed to move in her sleep, lightly pushing her head against Milcar's hand before murmuring a few words. "I love you…"

Milcar squinted fiercely. What the hell had happened?, Despite his mind being intoxicated with a cocktail of emotions, Milcar regained his reason and maintained a cold expression, his eyes fixed on the beautiful woman with a slender body. She lay with a small, thin blanket protecting her from the cold, her breathing as calm as a baby's.

If Milcar looked closer, he would see that Yuiyui's features were perfect, from her right bangs to her pert nose and mouth, all fitting perfectly into the symmetry of her face. Though slender, her body still exuded a charm no man could resist.

Milcar shook his head slightly; everything had happened too quickly, and he couldn't find the answers he sought. It was all so strange that Milcar simply decided to leave the room and appear far from the house. For now, he couldn't find answers and just walked towards the center of the village.

His thoughts cleared as he walked through the forest; his ability to think clearly returned to his mind, and Milcar breathed a little easier when he realized he was near the center of the village. Although the houses in the Crimson Magic Village were silent, all seeming to harbor sleeping people, at the village center, some houses surrounded a large bonfire. Though no one walked the streets, Milcar could still sense a faint feeling that people were nearby.
