**[Underworld Arena - Waiting Room for Participants]**
After a brief discussion with Akeno, Rudra was left pondering over her request—or bet but aside from that something else had caused quite a commotion due to some unexpected revelations that nobody had anticipate.
Currently, Akeno was resting after a short shock with Sera by her side. Rudra's healing magic had been nothing short of miraculous but the reason for her shock was entirely different matter.
As for healing abilities this revelation in itself was a atomic bomb if revealed to the world you couldn't even imagine the consequences, No devil, human, or creature had developed such healing abilities before. The only exceptions were the Twilight healing sacred gear, which could heal even the most fatal wounds as long as the person was still alive, and the Phoenix tear, a rare and valuable potion made only by the Phoenix family, with a price so high it could flatten an entire city.
Devils from noble families could afford Phoenix tears, while ordinary devils relied on hospitals with specialized treatments. Humans, being the weakest creatures in this magical world, had sacred gears designed to manifest their own unique abilities. They were even famed as "God Killers."
Certain species in the magical realm of DxD knew how to heal, but their skills were limited to minor injuries and could only be performed by a select few. Grafiya, Kaori, and Akeno were astonished by Rudra's abilities. His potent healing had mended Akeno's wounds and cured her fatigue and even restored her lost blood within seconds.
If word got out about such an ability, it could lead to chaos. In the wrong hands, it could ignite the next great war, as it would make fatigue and injuries irrelevant, allowing endless participation in battles. She shuddered at that thought.
Grafiya suddenly recalled some of her buried memories, remembering how she lost her family and everything she cared about in that war that brought the devil's number to all time low, to a dangerous degree.
Now, she felt broken inside, but for most devils, feelings like that didn't really matter—only a few could actually feel emotions. For devil's what matters most are satisfying their sin and breeding pure blooded devil to preserve the bloodline.

**Announcer:** "The wait is finally over! Stepping into the arena is the man who dared to challenge a noble from the 32 Pillars—Rudra Vincula Amoris. He's here to settle the score with Riser Phoenix, whose pride was bruised in the process.
And now, facing him is Riser Phoenix, the one who made headlines with his ruthless defeat of his future bride.
In the name of Lilith, let the battle begin! Will the wounded phoenix rise for revenge, or will the new tiger claim its place at the top?"
=====
After the announcer's grand proclamation, Riser Phoenix strutted into the ring, his peerage members following close behind. The crowd went wild, some cheering loudly 🎉, while others already started booing Rudra 😠.
The arena was flat and spacious, with a 300-meter radius—just like a proper Play ground—giving them plenty of room to show off their skills without any hurdles.
Riser turned to the crowd, flashing a proud smile 😏 and waving his hands, soaking in the attention like a star at a movie premiere.
As Riser was still enjoying his victory, he didn't notice the sounds around him gradually fading. Then, all of a sudden—*tap... tap... tap*—an eerie silence fell, broken only by the echo of footsteps in the deserted Colosseum. The atmosphere grew tense, and the pressure in the air was so intense that many, especially the strong, instinctively unleashed their demonic energy. Even the Satans started sweating 😓. Ajuka, usually the laziest and most sensitive to energy, was now fully alert and prepared for anything.
As the footsteps got closer, a shadow fell over the arena. Just as quickly as the pressure had come, it disappeared, and everything seemed normal again. The devils looked confused, while Sera couldn't help but laugh 😂—watching the so-called group of strongest devil's completely caught off-guard.
Standing in the arena was a young man, about twenty years old, with jet-black hair and sharp, dark eyes that could stop anyone in their tracks. He was dressed sharply in a white shirt, black pants, and shoes, with two buttons undone to reveal his toned chest.
He didn't look like he was there for a fight; he seemed more like he was ready for a party.
======
Riser glared at him, furious 😡 at the difference in their appearances and Rudra's clear lack of seriousness, which hurt Riser's pride deeply.
Riser gritted his teeth, vowing to make Rudra pay for his audacity by ruining his handsome face beyond recognition 💥👊.
====
**[Rudra's POV]**
"Ahh! Finally, a chance to get some action after so long. Otherwise, Sera never lets me or Night have any fun."
He sighed, thinking about how all men seem to be slaves to their wives. Especially him, because of the stunt he pulled in Aurelia kingdom in the name of fun, which almost made everyone think the world was ending. So Sera put a ban on him. 😅
Lost in his thoughts, Rudra barely noticed the announcer signaling the start of the battle.
What a scene this was! There were no rules or regulations, and Riser could bring his whole team to fight against just one person—how unfair! 'Hehe—just kidding' 😏
*Chuckle~*
Despite these thoughts, Rudra's smile stayed the same. Whether he faced fifteen or a hundred opponents, he was ready to give his best. He was in high spirits, feeling that tonight's fight would be truly explosive. 💥
"Hehe! Let's dance!" Rudra plugged in his headphones and cranked up the music 🎶.
This only made Riser's face turn as red as a tomato in rage 😡. He had never met someone whose every action seemed designed to shame him even more.
[Music: Basta Boi / Source: Cutube]
====
Riser made the first move, unable to control himself any longer. He launched a classic fireball at Rudra, moving at half the speed of sound and cutting through the air with deadly precision 🔥.
But Rudra didn't flinch. As the first beat of the music dropped 🎶, his body moved in perfect rhythm. The fireball whizzed past him, smashing into the arena wall with a loud—
*Boom!* and a burst of *Impact!* 💥
Smoke billowed up, veins popping on Riser's head as he launched more fireballs. But as the beat of the music continued 🎶, Rudra's body moved effortlessly with the rhythm—
Left!
Right!
Swing!
Jump!
Slide!
Glide!
Rudra's dance was a mesmerizing display. The normal devils were captivated by his grace and style, making the fireballs look like mere sparks in his performance. His movements made it seem like the flames welcomed him, exploding in different colors like festive fireworks. 🎆💃(Actually rudra was infusing mana to control fireball to explode in colourfull fireworks.)
To the battle-hardened spectators, it was obvious that Rudra had turned the fight into a game. If anyone else had been in his place, they would have been reduced to ashes by now. Despite the intense heat, Rudra's clothes stayed intact and even glowed slightly.
=====
The camera panned from the sky, capturing the scene like a dramatic movie. Riser was giving it his all, but Rudra seemed to be dancing through the flames, making every move look effortless.
=====
The music played for two minutes and a few seconds. During that time, the crowd forgot how many fireballs Riser had thrown. They started wondering if they were just going to see fireworks and dancing instead of a real fight.
Frustration built up as Riser couldn't hit Rudra with any of his fireballs. Annoyed, he decided to end the pointless struggle and ordered his peerage to attack together.
"Everyone, beat him to a pulp!" Riser shouted angrily.
Rudra noticed this change after the firewor– *Ahem* Fireballs stopped. He took the opportunity to switch the song, ready for the next part of the show.
=====
The camera zooms out, and the floating screens show Riser's peerage surrounding Rudra, who stands there with his arms folded and eyes closed, looking completely indifferent.
"YOU BASTARD!!! I'LL SHOW YOU YOUR PLACE!!!" Riser screams like a madman, signaling his entire team to attack all at once.
Eight pawns, the knights, bishops, rook, and the queen—all charge in with their King leading the way.
They close in from every direction, weapons ready, but just as they're about to grab him, Rudra vanishes with a *poof*, like he was never there.
They stumble, nearly crashing into each other, while Riser's rage reaches a new level. He's practically foaming at the mouth 😡.
He looks around frantically, but the arena is empty except for him and his bewildered goons.
"Oi! Oi! Look up here, dumbass." Rudra finally speaks, throwing some shade.
"Stand still like a man, or are you just gonna keep running like a scared little mouse?" Riser taunts, but it's like insulting a mirror—his words just bounce back.
"Oh yeah? Even if I'm a coward, you're nothing but a burnt chicken that even dogs wouldn't sniff, huh?" Rudra mocks, his laughter echoing and pushing Riser over the edge.
Riser unfurls his wings and shoots toward Rudra like an angry bullet, with his peerage close behind.
What started as a fight turns into a ridiculous game of tag in the sky, with Riser and his crew unable to catch Rudra no matter what. The audience begins to enjoy the show, especially some girls who've had bad experiences with Riser before.
It continues for a while but the playful mood is suddenly shattered as something crashes into the stage like a meteor. The impact is so powerful it cracks the entire stage, and the shockwave is overwhelming the barrier.
The arena falls silent. As the dust settles, Riser is seen lying in a crater, his body twisted at odd angles and clothes shredded. His legendary regeneration powers are useless.
In the V.I.P room, the Satans sense something seriously wrong.
Sera's playful grin fades away as she becomes serious. Rudra rarely loses his temper, but when he does, it's catastrophic. She can't remember the last time he was this angry, and if he's pissed, something huge is about to happen.
"Hey, Sera, what's happening? Rudra was just messing around a minute ago," Miu asks, looking worried and a bit freaked out since she's never seen Rudra like this before from the time she had known.
Grafiya and Kaori leaned in, trying to catch every word, while Akeno stands there, still in shock and lost in her own world.
*Sigh~*
"Getting Rudra angry is almost impossible, but there are a few things that really get to him…" Sera sighs again, her face growing serious.
"And what's that?" Miu asks, wiping sweat off her forehead nervously.
"Family. He's super sensitive about family. That idiot Riser must have said something he shouldn't have," Sera explains.
"Riser messed up badly. Now, not even the God himself can save him," Sera's voice drops to a serious tone.
"But if Rudra kills him now, it'll cause a huge uproar in the Underworld…" Grafiya says, understanding the situation but not out of concern for Riser.
"I know… I need to act fast or this will turn into a disaster, for the devil's." Sera says, sighing as she vanishes in the blink of an eye.
Just as Sera vanished, Grafiya thought about what Sera had said and suddenly understood. Sera wasn't really worried about stopping Rudra—she's too strong to be scared of Satans or Ultimate-class devils. No, Grafiya realized, Sera was more concerned about saving the common devils in the arena rather than preventing Rudra from killing Riser.
The room had fallen silent again, but suddenly, a massive explosion grabs everyone's attention.
"BOOOOOOOM-!!!!!"
======
While Sera is trying to figure out how to calm Rudra down, his playful side has completely vanished. He steps down to the ground with a cold, deliberate precision.
Riser's pawns and knights close in quickly, while his queen and bishops unleash a barrage of magical attacks.
Rudra's eyes are icy and unfeeling. Without a hint of hesitation, he raises his hand, and ice spears shoot through the air. They smash into the Phoenix peerage's attacks, causing a massive vapor explosion that sends shockwaves through the entire barrier.
The arena shakes violently, and the ground trembles. The ice spears rip through the magical defenses, and the flames of the Phoenix peerage are extinguished instantly. Riser's pawns and knights, all women except for him, are thrown back by the force, their screams of pain mingling with the roar of the explosion.
Rudra stands in the center of the chaos, a figure of calm amid the bloodshed. His cold gaze sweeps over the wreckage of his opponents. Their attacks were futile, and now they're nothing more than targets for his fury.
He advances slowly, his every step sending chills through the remaining attackers. The ground beneath him cracks, and his aura radiates an icy coldness that freezes anyone who comes too close. His movements are precise, each strike and spell a testament to his deadly skill.
As the members of the Phoenix peerage panicked, their desperate attacks couldn't touch Rudra. He moved through them like a storm, each swing of his sword leaving behind frozen bodies and shattered hopes. One by one, their hearts stopped beating, and they vanished into motes of light.
What was once a grand showdown had now become a massacre. The arena, once filled with cheers, was now silent, bathed in blood and cold dread. Rudra's icy, unforgiving gaze made it clear—there would be no mercy today.
======
As the dust settled, Riser's remaining peerage members launched themselves at Rudra from all directions,Their attacks were a wild whirlwind of rage and desperation.
But Rudra didn't flinch. No magic, no fancy tricks. He simply reached into his inventory and drew out the Omni Sword—A sword that buzzed with an eerie, shadowy power of its own. The air around it thickened, and the temperature dropped, as if even the atmosphere feared what was to come.
The first pawn lunged at Rudra, but with a casual flick of his wrist, Rudra sliced through the girl's chest, sending blood spraying across the arena like a fountain. The pawn's body hit the ground with a sickening thud, lifeless vanishing in light.
Another member tried to attack from behind, but Rudra spun around, his sword cutting through the air with a speed that left the girl's head rolling off her shoulders before he even realised she was dead. The body staggered for a moment before collapsing, a fountain of blood gushing from the neck.
More members charged at Rudra, but it was like running into a tornado 🌪️. With each slash of the Omni Sword, he cut through them effortlessly. Arms were sliced off, heads were lopped clean 💀, and blood splattered across the arena, turning it into a gruesome scene 🩸. The knights and bishops met the same fate—each one was torn apart, their cries for mercy cut short as Rudra's blade silenced them, leaving behind nothing but broken bodies and shattered souls.
Meanwhile, Sera silently cast a new layer of barrier around the arena, sealing it off entirely. No one noticed, but she made sure it was impenetrable, soundproof, and inescapable.
Rudra continued his rampage. He didn't just kill—he brutalized. His attacks were merciless, calculated to inflict the maximum amount of pain. A knight's arm was hacked off, and before he could even scream, Rudra's blade had plunged into his chest, ripping out the man's heart with a twist. A bishop was gutted from the groin to the throat, his insides spilling out onto the blood-soaked ground.
The audience, who had been cheering just moments ago, now fell silent 😨. They couldn't bear to watch the horror unfolding in the arena. Many turned away, unable to stomach the gruesome scene. Even the battle-hardened warriors in the crowd, those who had seen countless deaths, felt a wave of nausea wash over them 🤢, shocked by the sheer brutality of Rudra's relentless slaughter.
Before the final moments, Riser's peerage was a gruesome sight. Some were missing limbs, their arms or legs sliced clean off. Others had their eyes gouged out, faces disfigured beyond recognition, making them unrecognizable. The girls, who had once been proud members of Riser's team, now lay on the ground, their once beautiful faces marred by horrific scars—fates worse than death for them.
Their eyes devoid of any life, they vanished in mots of light.
Blood drenched the arena floor, a crimson lake in which Rudra walked calmly, his eyes locked onto the crater where Riser lay, unconscious and broken.
Something dark flickered in Rudra's eyes as he snapped his fingers. Riser's regeneration powers kicked in, forcing his broken body to heal. The process was slow and agonizing 😣—limbs reattached, shattered bones mended, and life painfully returned to his eyes.
But as soon as Riser-chan regained consciousness, the first thing he saw was Rudra-sama looming over him, like death itself. Panic surged through him, but before he could scream, cry, or even beg, Rudra-sama grabbed him by the mouth, his grip so tight that Riser-chan could feel his jaw dislocating 😱.
Without a word, Rudra-sama dragged Riser-chan out of the crater, his shirt drenched in blood 💢, the Omni Sword vanishing like it was never there.
*Thud! Thud!* Riser-chan struggled, kicking and flailing, but it was pointless. His flames—his once mighty power—had deserted him 😫. He was utterly helpless, at the mercy of a man who had none to offer.
*WHAM!* With a sickening thud, Rudra-sama slammed Riser-chan to the ground. The impact was so brutal that *Cough! Splurt!* Riser-chan coughed up blood, his body convulsing from the sheer pain.
Meanwhile, outside the barrier, Riser-chan's father, Lord Phoenix, along with his wife and a squad of elite guards, were frantically trying to break through. 🔥 Flames roared from their hands, but before they even got close, *Fwoosh!* the flames were extinguished, snuffed out like candles in a storm.
But no one saw Sera-sama. She had made sure of it. Her form was invisible to all eyes, even the Four Satans, who were considered the strongest in the Underworld, couldn't sense her presence.
