Chapter 14 - Chapter: 14

( A/N :- Leave a comment let me know what can I improve more, as I know there are plenty of things and it will help me if you can point it out.)

-----------------------------------------------------------

I teleported near my house and, after unlocking the front door, stepped inside. Without wasting a second, I removed my shoes and placed them in their proper spot. Then, I headed directly to our bedroom.

*Slide*

I slid open the door and found Sera drooling in her sleep, hugging Night. I approached and, grabbing the blanket, yanked it off.

"Oi, wake up, sleepyhead..." She didn't listen to me and just waved her hand dismissively.

I sighed and left the room to take a bath and prepare breakfast.

An hour later, both of them finally woke up and we had our breakfast together. Today, I didn't have many plans except for training Night and starting the house upgrades.

I'm going to transform the house entirely. Though it will look the same from the outside, inside, it will be so luxurious and comfortable that anyone who spends a night here will never forget the experience.

Not everyone gets a second chance in life, and as a man of culture, how could I deny the beauty of engineering and technology?

'Hehe... Now I can even create an AI and an Iron Man suit,' I thought.

"What are you drooling about?" Abruptly, I snapped out of my daydream and noticed a line of drool slipping out of the corner of my mouth.

I hurriedly wiped it off and told Sera about my idea to reconstruct the house, which she enthusiastically agreed to.

"This is the first time I've seen you excited about something other than me," I teased Sera.

"Why wouldn't I be excited? I'm going to help construct the house where I'll be living," she retorted with a grin.

After that, we discussed some plans. She went off to draw the blueprints while I headed out to train Night.

---

On the other side of the room, I brought my two fingers in front of Night's head and touched it gently. Closing my eyes, I focused on the spell I was about to cast and transferred the basics of magic and elementary spells directly into Night's mind.

After five minutes of the spell implant, I watched as Night performed the elementary level spells one by one:

**Waterball**: A ball the size of a baseball made of pure water. Its size and power output can be increased by infusing more mana into it.

**Fireball**: A ball of flame hot enough to melt iron. Its output also depends on the amount of mana you can input.

**Ice Needle**: A form of water magic. By having precise control over the formation of water and freezing it by cooling down the molecules, you can form small needles, which can be deadly for surprise attacks.

**Stone Bullet**: An elementary level spell of earth magic. It creates a stone bullet rotating at high speed, capable of penetrating the hide of a Hell Ogre with enough force and mana provided.

**Air Blade**: One among the variety of wind or air magic, capable of producing invisible and deadly blades with the help of mana.

**Air Steps**: This spell allows you to create footholds in the air.

**Shadow Bind**: A type of dark magic that shoots ominous black chains from the shadow to lock the target in place.

These were some of the basic spells I taught Night for the time being.

Magic was something that I once dreamed of. It wasn't just my dream, but also the dream of others who were infatuated with fantasy, swords, and magic in my past life. Now that I am capable of wielding magic, I can proudly say that there are only a handful of geniuses who have experimented with magic as much as I have.

I had literally died countless times to perform some forbidden resurrection spells. It also earned me an earful of Sera's lectures, but I still did it anyway.

You know, it's a man's romance to wield cool magic and swords. And I did just that.

I invented and learned spells using the Limitless Body that God gave me.

I increased my mana pool and perfected my skills. Now, even my elementary spells are as deadly as some high-level magic from DXD and other worlds.

Magic is all about understanding and imagination. It also helps if you can incorporate science into it. Doing so can boost your spell level to unimaginable heights. I learned this the hard way.

---------

While watching Night, I felt an itch to cast one of my own spells.

"Night, let's conclude today's training. You can go home; I'll be there in a minute."

"Woof." This lazy bum was happy to get an early break. I think I need to increase the intensity of his training.

After Night left, I flew into the sky using wind magic to propel me, creating a zero-gravity field within a one-meter radius around me.

Rising above the tall trees, I got a panoramic view of the Great Devil's Den, spanning hundreds of kilometers in all directions. My home was about ten kilometers inside the forest from the Arselia Kingdom's border.

Excitement surged through me, and my heart raced as I pondered which type of magic to use.

"Hmmm...!"

After a moment of thought, I closed my eyes, and lightning began to crackle around my body.

---------

[ 3rd POV ]

High in the sky above the Great Devil's Den, known as the most dangerous place in this world, an extraordinary event was unfolding. Unlike the usual silence of the forest, there was something ominous occurring. People from all over the kingdom, especially magicians and warriors, could feel the terrifying presence, so much so that some even peed in their pants. They witnessed something they would never forget, an event that would be passed down through generations as the day the world was near its end.

In the sky above the Arselia Kingdom, which borders the Great Devil's Den, dark clouds began to gather, and darkness spread. Fear gripped the hearts of the people. While dark clouds themselves were not unusual, the thunderous roar emanating from them was horrifying, causing people to tremble with fear.

These dark clouds, covering the entire kingdom and the Devil's Den, had two lightning dragons flying at high speed above them. Atop one of these fearsome creatures was a man with black hair, laughing and enjoying himself.

"Hahahaha… Yahoo'ooo!!"

This man was none other than Rudra. He had summoned two lightning dragons for his amusement, making them race while he sat atop one of them. The dark clouds were a result of the energy these dragons were releasing as they flew, absorbing the energy and preparing to unleash a storm.

Just as Rudra was about to reach his goal, a black-haired woman suddenly appeared, grabbing the tails of both dragons and spinning them like toys. Rudra, who was sitting atop one of the dragons, was caught in the spin.

"What the hell are you doing? You've scared the hell out of the kingdom's people, you idiot!!" Sera shouted angrily at Rudra. He was so engrossed in his antics that he had forgotten about the aftereffects of his actions.

This was a common occurrence for Rudra. In his personal dimension, he often raced and played games to stave off boredom. Sometimes, Sera would participate, acting as a stopper when Rudra got carried away.

Today, Sera had sensed Rudra's unusual excitement through their connection. Unaware of the chaos he was causing, she quickly teleported to him and put an end to the race. She grabbed Rudra by the ear and scolded him.

"Honey, do you know how much trouble you've caused for the people, huh?"

"Ouch… Haha~ Sorry, baby."

"You will be sleeping on the couch today."

After that, Sera fixed everything and erased the memory of the entire kingdom as if it were child's play. Then, she teleported back home with Rudra.

No matter the world or the situation, every man fears his wife.

Meanwhile, atop a mountain, a bunny hyperventilated as he gazed toward the Devil's Forest. "What the hell was that... Monster...! I need to gather the holy and investigate. It could be the evil's plan." With determination, he raced off, leaving only afterimages in his wake.
