We met Ms. Violet and Willaim in the gym. The stage had been set up. There was a piano and a guitar. Two mic stands. And some streamers and balloons scattered throughout the gym. "Shelby!" I crouched, and Willaim rushed to give me a hug, so I wrapped my arms around him and stood. "You excited, little man? I think you'll love this!" "What's excited?" I blinked, frozen for a minute. He didn't know what excitement was. Had he grown up with Taurus? Had he lived with the only feelings of terror and panic? Connor took him from my hands, and held him on his shoulders, smiling. "Its like when you're so happy, you can't wait for something." "Well...what's happy?" This would not do. No. After the concert, I was going to win the kid some stuffed animals, and other prizes. I was going to give him the childhood I never had.

About two long hours later, it was time for the concert. We waited for everyone to file in. And, once they did, the whole gym was packed. They must be really excited. I took a deep breath and calmed myself. Then, the piano played.
"Little do you know, how I'm breaking while you fall asleep. Little do you know, I'm still haunted by the memories. Little do you know I'm trying to pick myself up piece by piece. Little do you know, I, need a little more time." My voice was smooth, and gentle, but had a hint of an accent to it. I adjusted my stance, and close my eyes, then started again. "Underneath it all, I'm held captive by the hole inside. I've been holding back for the fear that you might change your mind. I'm ready to forgive you but forgetting is a harder fight. Little do you know, I, need a little more time." I stopped there, and Connor picked up, smiling. "I'll wait, I'll wait. I love you like you've never felt the pain. I'll wait. I promise you don't have to be afraid, I'll wait. Love is here and here to stay. So lay your head on me." His voice was rich, and deep, but also calming and drenched in emotions. "Little do you know, I know you're hurt while I'm sound asleep. Little do you know all my mistakes are slowly drowning me. Little do you know, I'm trying to make it better piece by piece. Little do you know, I, I love you till the sun dies!" We took a fee small, slow steps toward each other, and sung in harmony. "Oh, wait. Just wait. I love you like I've never felt the pain. Just wait. I love you like I've never been afraid. Just wait. My love is here and here to stay." He stopped so I could sing the next part. "So lay your head on me." I stopped. "I'll wait." "I'll wait." "I'll wait." "I'll wait." Wr both sung together. "I love you like you've never felt the pain." "I'll wait." "I'll wait." "I/you promise I/you don't have to be afraid, I'll wait. Love is here and here to stay. So lay your head on me. Lay your head on me." I closes the distance between us, and gripped his free hand, looking deeply into his eyes. We both sung the next part together. "So lay your head on me." "Cause little do you know, I, I love you till the sun dies." He finished, and for a minute, we just stood there, staring into each other's eyes. Then, we shared a kiss, and the crowd went wild.

About five minutes later, everyone had filed out, and I was roaming around the park with Willaim on my hip. He had absolutely loved our concert. I'd seen his wide smile and the cute gleam in his eyes. Connor wasn't with us because he needed to find the bathroom. Anway, I was looking for a game to play. And that was when it happened. My feet fell through the floor, but instead of going to that dark, lake-like spot, I appeared in some sort of dark room. What the fuck?! Who used teleportation on me? "Where are we?" Willaim asked, looking around, now scared. "Will, listen to me. I'm going to need you to close your eyes, and cover your ears, ok? Everything's going to be fine." He did as I'd asked without question, and I slowly walked around, keeping my hand out to the right, feeling along the wall. I couldn't see. But I had four other sense that could help. Smell, touch, hearing and...ok, maybe three, not four. In the distance, I heard screams echoing, and it sent shivers down my spine. I swear, if this is a prank! But I knew full well what it was. A distraction set up by villains.
