On my way to the top of the steps, I couldn't see where anyone was. I could hear some chattering which isn't that unheard of. The other helpers my auntie had hired usually talked amongst themselves while they cleaned. "Julie, are you near?" I shouted down the staircase.
"Yes Ms. Furr…" she answered then paused suddenly. "My goodness, Ms. Lucy! You look beautiful!" After hearing this my mouth had formed the biggest smile I have ever had in such a long time. This would be the first time Julie had seen me all dressed up after all my surgeries since I usually walked around in my pajamas or a tank top and booty shorts. My imagination was getting me excited over how Ms. Sparks would react but I had to remind myself how that would only hurt me since imaginary things aren't what realities are capable of handling. Descending the stairs I continued my conversation with Julie much to my disappointment. "Thank you, Julie. I appreciate the flattery but please I wish you would drop the formalities." Without any sign of responding to my request I just lightly sighed and asked my final question. "Did you escort Ms. Sparks to the living room?"
"Oh, yes. She is right through there." Julie responded as she stepped aside with her left hand opened as if she were ushering me into the living room.
"Thanks again, Julie. You've been a big help to me these past few days. I truly do treasure your company."
"Think nothing of it." She responded with a smile. "If it weren't for you I'd still be working for scraps compared to the pay you give me each week. It's also basically in the job description."
"You know Julie, I'm going to disagree with you on this. You're more important than you give yourself credit for." When I finished speaking I had finally gotten to the bottom of the stairs. I stood there waiting to see what Ms. Sparks would think to see that she was standing there just looking at me without blinking. I began to get worried when I saw that her eyes weren't still but instead, they were roaming over my whole body which made me happy but I had to keep up the appearance I set in her mind over the phone.
"Excuse me, Ms. Sparks, but I believe it's still rude to stare at someone for as long as you have been staring at me." I teased letting a small laugh out under my words.
"Oh my, I apologize. I didn't mean to offend you." She became red from being embarrassed after getting called out on her lengthy time of looking at me. "I was just, it's just with you standing there looking like the way you are caught me off guard."
I couldn't help but smile wider when I saw her blush redder from feeling more embarrassed after she realized what she said when she finished talking. I'm even more shocked that I am feeling this way when before it didn't matter to me what someone said to me from whomever I was speaking to. It's taken me by surprise that I failed to realize at that moment I was also blushing. As I stood there witnessing Ms. Sparks becoming a different person from the emails I've read I couldn't help feeling honored. I wanted to try out the new confidence I felt when I got up this morning but I felt like if I had flirted with her and I failed miserably the bit of confidence I had would quickly diminish right then and there. I feared that if I messed up even a little bit I could lose my job before I even get to the building.
"Well Ms. Sparks, what brought you to my home?"
"To tell you the truth, I wanted to be the first to see you as your new self so I could have a better chance of…" she trails off realizing what she was about to say next. I was super curious now which opened the door to my new confident self that couldn't let this opportunity pass by.
I reserved some confidence for when I finished my flattery attempt so I wouldn't get too discouraged if it failed and dove right in for it. Stepping down the two marble steps I walked around the table behind the couch my aunt loves so much to make both of us a stiff glass of liquor from this fancy glass bottle set as if we were in a movie or something from the 1920's. I understand we're mainly English descendants and my auntie loves to express that by applying the Victorian era decor in parts of the houses she owns but this living room is horrible. I love the red fabric couches though. I get to test my flirting skills on an ideal piece of furniture. As I grabbed the small silver tongs to grab the ice I began to tease Jayda a little.
"So what you're saying is you selfishly invaded my home so you could take a peek at the newly remodeled person that you've hired?" Oh, how I love teasing people. Julie realizing what's about to happen excuses herself to the gardens out back and walks off. I can't blame her. I'm running the risk of embarrassing myself and she probably doesn't want to be here if I fail. As I poured the liquor in the glasses I glanced up at Ms. Sparks and I could see that hint of her fidgeting under the weight of my dominance. Picking up both glasses I walked to the right side of the couch and turned to walk in front of the couch. I held out a glass for Ms. Sparks to take but when she seemed hesitant with my composure intact I looked away from her eyes to her face and witnessed her blush heavily.
"N… no… Not nec… necessarily…" she stutters nervously looking down.
"Is that so?" I remark with my left eyebrow cocked up.
"No!" She insists looking up to meet my gaze. Then looking down again but to the drink I'm still holding stretched out towards her she takes the cup from my hand. We both took a sip from the glass and when we lowered them I turned to grab two coasters from the stack on the coffee table and place one for each of us near the edge and I invited Jayda to sit down with me. As she complied I could see her eyes start to wander down to my chest area. I chuckled a little sliding my left leg under me as I loomed over the cushion between us. Showing off my cleavage as I bent down she looked back up to my eyes placing my left hand on the back of the sofa and my right hand on the cushion. Not break eye contact as she turned her head to follow my movements as I was teasing to see how her body reacted to the sight of mine. She was as loose as a jellyfish and with zero fear or resistance to my advancements, I found out her true nature behind her tough exterior. A smile uncurls on my lips as I see her breathing getting heavier as time passes and I go in for the moment of truth.
"Do you like the size and the comfort of this couch?" I ask.
"Yeah… it's, um… pretty long and the materials are very delicate and soft…" The heavier her breath gets the harder it is for her to talk straight. I lean over expose more of my cleavage from my V-neck dress and pressed my boobs on hers some. My efforts are bearing fruits and I'm beginning to get curious as to whether or not they taste sweet or sour.
"Sometimes I like to come down here at night to light a fire when it's cold and sleep on this couch. It's a nice substitute for a lonely body when wrapped tightly in a blanket. Gives off a similar sensation that of being held by someone dear." I whispered seductively.
"Oh, does it?" She asks nervously. I began to feel her squirm under my body. Was it due to being so close to what she's been craving or was it because she was feeling uncomfortable? I was determined to find out.
"Yeah, would you by any chance like to find out how that feels?" I pause for a second leaning further towards her as she backs away almost laying on the last cushion with her head lying on the armrest. "It feels to lay on a cloud that's hovering near the sun."
After her eyes widen as big as they possibly can I could see that her eyes were so fucking gorgeous. They looked like brown tourmaline gemstones and I almost got lost in them but I wasn't about to lose the progress I developed here so I shoved that memory to the back of my head for now to discuss it with Ms. Sparks later. I advanced a bit closer and she let out this little moan and I found that both adorable and satisfying.
"I… I never thought of that before," she confessed while blushing so hard her mouth stayed partly open and her bottom lip started to gently shake.
"How about now?" I pressed on leaning over her with my Asbovesolow necklace dangled which caught her attention.
"Are you an Asbovesoian?" She asks still feeling the effects of my flirting.
"Why?" I asked back. "Does that cause any issues for you?" I retorted with a smirk.
"No," she answered sheepishly while she turned her eyes towards the fireplace which made her stutter again. "I… I don't mind what beliefs others have… or what religion they practice. I just… um… wanted to know… out of curiosity."
As I looked upon her squirming underneath me more I've finally gotten a good look at Ms. Sparks' face. She was so attractive that she seemed to be a demigod. She almost looked like she was meant to have a grand quest that would give her a seat up on Mount Olympus or a throne in Egypt. I thanked my lord that she wasn't seeing me blush any more than before but when I looked at my watch I had my hand still on the back of the sofa and saw I had fifteen minutes left before I had to leave. With a smile on my face, I placed my right hand on the edge of the couch near her head, lowered my head down near her ear whispering as I lightly brushed her cheek with my first finger.
"How about now? Are you curious as to how it feels now?"
She whimpers a little as I lower my finger down her jaw she faces the fireplace once again which had me lift mine a little I see her face hasn't stopped blushing but she turns her eyes back to me as my finger slides down her neck and touches her collarbone. She tightens her lips as I bite the bottom of mine. Then just before I went any further I saw that my watch said I had five minutes left to leave before I was late and that killed the vibe a little so I climbed off Ms. Sparks readjusted my clothes and fixed my hair. Looking back at Ms. Sparks I saw she had confusion and disappointment written all over her face.
"Aw what's with that look, Ms. Sparks?"
"Wh, why'd you stop?" she asked with sadness.
"Oh because it's almost time for me, I mean us, to go to work. Can't be late for my first day to the office or my supervisor will report me to the boss." I answered while winking at her. "I hear the boss is extremely strict." I chuckled after making that joke.
"Oh," she responded, sounding disappointed. She gets off the couch and fixes her dress and hair. Her dress is a beautiful dark shade of blue and black waves going down diagonally with a thin belt that was a shade of two lighter blue than her dress. "You're right, we shouldn't be late for your first official day at the company." Walking towards the steps I noticed that her small bag was still on the coffee table I cringe at it whenever I look at it. I do come down here from time to time to lie on the couch at night. That wasn't something I said just to seduce Ms. Sparks because I actually enjoy that feeling but I always have my helpers assist in taking that damn thing away because I hate it. It's my policy to do some of the work I ask my helpers to help me with or I wouldn't even be touching that damn thing. Reluctantly I walked over and grabbed her bag off of it and turned back to face her.
"Excuse me, Ms. Sparks. I think you're leaving something behind." I dangled her bag on my two fingers in front of me so she could see what I was referring to when she turned back around. With a little bit of a blush returning to her face out of embarrassment, she cleared her throat and walked back over to retrieve it. Grabbing the bag itself to slide the chain off my fingers I curled my finger around the chain instead to keep her standing in front of me so I could have her undivided attention. When she looked into my eyes confused her words got stuck in her throat when my smile grew at my successful attempts. Placing my free hand on her hip and drawing her close to me I asked, "Did your driver drop you off or are they still outside?"
"They're still outside waiting for me," she asked while her breathing was getting heavier with each word. "Why do you ask?"
"Well, I was wondering if you'd like to ride to work with me instead. I'll be driving my favorite car to work today."
Hesitant to answer I assumed because she wasn't sure if she should accept it. I let go of her bag and started to walk past her calling out for Julie.
"Julie? Are you close?"
"Yes, Ms. Furr," Julie responded quite fast. "What can I do for you?"
"That was rather a quick response." I playfully noted. "Were you perhaps eavesdropping on what I was doing in here?"
"My lord no!" She responded sarcastically. "I just wanted to make sure you were in proper order in case I had to perform any maintenance on you."
"Oh my, Julie. Where on earth did you get this attitude from?"
"Why from my master miss."
We busted out laughing and then proceeded to ask her the question I summoned her for.
"Anyways, have you seen my keys to the car I was going to take to work today?"
"Oh yes, they're in the dish in the middle of the mantle ."
"Oh good. Thank you, Julie. Will you be okay here alone?"
"Yes, Ms. Furr. I've gotten acquainted with some of the other staff here."
"Okay, that's good to hear. Enjoy then and if you need anything let me know okay?"
"I will. Thank you, Ms. Furr."
"You're quite welcome, sweetie."
Turning back around to readdress Ms. Sparks I see she's still a little frozen in place.
"Um, Ms. Sparks?" I asked a bit concerned. "Are you okay?"
"Oh yes, I'm sorry. I was just lost in thought for a moment there. If you can give me a second I have someone to get on the phone." She pulled her phone out of her bag before I could respond and called up someone who picked up quicker than most in the morning and their conversation confirmed that she was speaking to her driver.
"Hello, James? You can go on ahead back home. I'll call you if I need you to come pick me up after work." After a couple more reassuring words that that's exactly what she wanted, she ended her call and looked back at me with eagerness in her eyes. "I hope you meant your offer because now you have no choice but to take me to work with you." She remarked with a smirk on her lips.
"Oh okay. That's the plan then but now you're stuck with me until we get there." I said teasingly.
I led her to the garage where my baby sat. The 2018 Shelby Super Snake I had painted black with red holographic webs on the sides and waited for me to get in and turn her on so we could leave. Miles Morales' Spider-Man emblem on the hood and I couldn't be more proud of how my baby came out. The car windows are tinted black and the front was red as I had Miles on my back window in the air while in his unique iconic spider pose. The rims were black with red edges and you could see the red breaks on the inside. I nearly got emotional when I walked up to open her up. When my doors opened I could see the interior was black as well with some red placed in some areas. As we got in I pushed the button on my visor that opened my garage door and I fastened my seat belt when I looked over to see if Ms. Sparks did too when looking at me waiting for her door to open.
"I know you may want to be your person but if you don't mind could you please buckle up?" She had the cutest face on when I asked her that.
"Why? Do you not feel comfortable with your driving skills?" She said trying to tease me.
"Not at all. I got perfect confidence in my driving abilities." I reassured her. "However I don't trust everyone that drives and I don't want you flying out my windshield because an idiot ran a red light or stop sign or whatever else people want to test the copyrights from Final Destinations."
She chuckled and put her seat belt on. "That's a new and frightening way to put things but I understand."
Pulling out of my garage I head down to the end of my driveway stopping to take the chance to put on "All The Things She Said" music mix on my streaming app then turned right to head straight to work without getting coffee at Starbucks since we were going to be a little late.
As we drove down the road to work blasting music I had designated as my favorite girl love anthem I was surprised that Ms. Sparks was rocking out with me. The songs were a mix of different genres sung by different singers from all walks of life.
"Well look at you enjoying yourself in my passenger's seat," I said as I laughed.
"Oh, what did you think I listened to? Rap, hip hop, or R&B?"
"Not all. I'm just glad you aren't complaining about my tastes in music. No matter the person they just trash on my kinds of music and just make me feel detached from the group afterwards."
"Oh, honey…" I could hear the sadness and pity in her voice.
"Don't pity me, Ms. Sparks. I don't care what others say or do because I don't have the same tastes as them. I've proven that my taste in music doesn't shackle me to one or a limited type of sound while working on the instrumentals for the people you've sent to me. I'm very proud of my work and of who I am."
"Good because you should be proud. It's because of your fresh ideas and new takes on what the artists wanted that we've gotten the best reviews so far."
I felt so happy that she saw my efforts as an asset to her company that I couldn't help smiling.
"So those red lips can form a perfect smile huh?" She asked teasing me from this morning.
"I'm sorry Ms. Sparks but I'm sure you're not ready for what I got to offer."
"What are you talking about? It was just a compliment."
"Are you sure that's all it was? It almost sounded like you wanted to test who can tease who better."
"Careful Ms. Furr, your competitive side will surely cause your downfall."
I couldn't say anything to that so I let out a soft quiet laugh and said, "You're right. I'll keep that side of myself in check. However, you surprised me this morning."
Raising her right hand Ms. Sparks placed her pointer finger on her chin while the other fingers were folded down and had her thumb sticking straight out. She rested her left arm under her breasts while resting her elbow on her wrist. She looked up to the ceiling and said, "Well it wasn't my intention to intrude on your privacy or anything. I just wanted to be the first to see you to tell you the great news."
"Oh was that really what you wanted to do? If I remember correctly you said that you wanted to be the first one to see the brand new version of myself and nothing more came from those pretty lips."
"Well," She started to speak then got flustered when she realized what I had said. "I did accidentally let that slip out of my mind but I wasn't prepared to see what I saw back there."
"Okay so let me get this straight. You wanted to tell me some good news while explaining that you wanted to steal the first look at what I became?"
"That would be the gist of it I guess, yes."
I couldn't help but laugh a little harder this time and it was making it harder to keep driving so I turned into the next parking lot I could find and stopped.
"What are you doing?" She asked confused.
"I had to pull over before my laughing caused us to wreck. I also needed to ask you a question."
"Okay. What's your question?"
"You seriously wanted to see me?"
"Of course. Do you think I'd come to your house for nothing on a whim? Is that so unbelievable?"
"Believe it or not to me it is. I meant no offense." I found myself staring forward outside my windshield instead of looking at Ms. Sparks. I'm afraid that she was either upset with me or angry that she wasted her time being in my car. "That's just not comprehensible to me due to my past."
"Really? Why's that?"
"Because," I began quietly. "I don't get any genuine concerns from others."
"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that sweetie." Her voice had that sadness and pity mixed into it again.
"Eh, don't worry about it. I'll be fine. I can focus on my work instead of the past and it'll slowly get better." I had to kick back the tears that were trying to intrude so I reached up to the compartment that held my red bat sunglasses and put them on. Inhaling deeply through my nose I turned to Ms. Sparks and saw that she still had a concerned look on her face. I decided to change the subject because we shouldn't have gotten on with this topic in the first place.
"So how about we get back on the road because at this point we're going to be late now." I forced out a chuckle as I smiled at her.
"Lucy? Are you going to be alright?"
"Yeah, no worries. I promise my productivity won't be diminished." I answered looking back to the front as I reached down between us to put the car in reverse. Ms. Sparks leaned over and placed her hand on top of mine before I could put it in reverse.
"If you need anything you should know my office door is always open and there are designated space rooms to use for composing yourself in the middle of the day."
A little disappointed that I wasn't presented with the option of getting her number but I responded regardless. "Thank you, Ms. Sparks."
"You're welcome, dear."
Pulling out of the parking lot that I'm now realizing is of a gas station we rode in awkward silence as Adam Lambert's song "For Your Entertainment" was playing. I forgot I had put that in my lesbian mix playlist I didn't know what to do so I just skipped it. It was probably not a good idea to let that play given the last conversation. Shrugging it off we just sat quiet until we got to the parking garage.
When I finally found a parking spot on the third floor we climbed out and after closing the doors I locked them and turned on the alarms. As we walked to the doors to go inside Ms. Sparks lightly grabbed my upper arm and stopped us at the entrance.
"Do you need a moment to recover from earlier before going in?" She asked with that concern still in her voice.
Inhaling one more time I turned back to Ms. Sparks with a smile on. "Thank you, Ms. Sparks. I got this now." She nodded as we walked through the glass doors. As we walked I cast the rest of my lingering thoughts of what we talked about before to the back of my mind and focused on getting into the booth and designing the music that the artists wanted. As I stopped at the elevators Ms. Sparks called out to me.
"Ms. Furr, would you mind following me to my floor?"
"Isn't that like six floors above mine?" I asked very confused.
"Yes I guess it is but you see there's a matter I need to attend to and there's someone I want you to meet before you officially get started here."
"If you say so then it would be my pleasure to accompany you. Plus like this morning you caught my curiosity." I replied with a wink.
"There's no need to force yourself to act like that after what happ…" she trailed off when she noticed I had placed my finger to my lips signing for her to stop after I pressed the up arrow to the elevator.
"This is who I've become after seeing myself fully emerge one day. I'm only putting what happened earlier in the past box to forget." Then I switched my voice to a more profound and seductive tone. "I will, however, be keeping what happened at my place this morning in the past box to remember indefinitely." I finished with a smirk.
Ms. Sparks began to blush again and backed up into the elevator into the railing onto the wall on the far end when the doors opened. I walked inside pressed the fourteenth-floor button and walked up to Jayda placing both of my balled-up fists above her head as I looked at her hovering over her I breathed lightly and softly on her right ear so I didn't blow my breath in her face.
"What's the matter, Ms. Sparks?" I teasingly requested of her. "You seem to be flustered over something."
"Um… Ms. Furr, I don't think it's appropriate for you to do this here." She says nervously.
"Okay Ms. Sparks, if you say so." I lowered my head so my lips were closer to her right ear and spoke quietly and softly. "Don't forget though, I was nowhere near finished this morning, and if I had the time you would've been putty on my couch."
I could hear her lick her lips and gulp at the thought I just put in her head. After I had stood straight up and backed away from her, Jayda mindlessly asked, "Are you even capable of getting wet?"
With complete shock on both of our faces, I laughed as she was stuttering through her words to explain. I held up a finger to her lips to quiet her then spoke.
"Like a steady lake. Doc says it might improve or just might stay the same. However, you don't need to worry because I won't leave you dry either."
Embarrassed Jayda fell silent and then the doors to the elevator opened and I stepped aside motioning her to go first. As she left the elevator I followed a few steps behind giving her space to figure out what to do with what happened just now. I felt guilty for what I did but I enjoyed it so much more. Jayda was so deep in thought looking down she wasn't seeing the door open in front of her. I had to speed up to grab her shoulder and call out her name to stop her. She understandably jerked with my hand on her. Looking up at the door she was just inches away from running into and looked back at me. She looked at the shoulder I had grabbed but because I had already removed it since I saved her from the embarrassment I stepped backward about three or so steps and folded my arms in front of me.
"Thank you, Lucy. That wouldn't have turned out good."
I just smiled and responded. "It's no problem, Ms. Sparks. You probably wouldn't have needed me to save you if I hadn't overstepped earlier."
"Are you…" she tried to ask something but I had cut her off.
"It's okay. We should get back to where you wanted to take me so I could meet the person you had in mind before I get to work."
"If you're sure." She had a face on her that wasn't any different since our car ride here. I'm starting to regret coming onto her. I'm probably going to need to keep my distance verbally and as well as physically. "Okay, shall we go in then?" I just nodded with a fake smile.
