There once lived a girl in France who was fed up with her parents' complete disregard for her. Her name is Bella 'Neva Christmas Rosabella Noelle Snowflake' Rosa, and she was born on Christmas Day. Bella Rosa lives with her parents; however, she stays with her grandparents and her aunt. Bella Rosa has had enough of her parents ignoring her and spending a lot of time with her worthless father's parents, aunt, her family, Bella Rosa's heartless mother's parents, uncle and his family.

Her father is French, and her mother is Spanish. Her father's name is Henri, and her mother's is Mila. Bella Rosa was born in Spain on Christmas day, after midnight, and her parents left her behind at the hospital. The hospital contacted her mother's parents because the hospital was planning to place Bella Rosa in an orphanage; however, that did not happen. Bella Rosa's grandparents (her mother's parents) took her to their home and treated her like a daughter. They took her to France to see her father's parents, sister, and family. 

Bella Rosa's heartless parents were nowhere to be seen, and this continued for another five years, and Bella Rosa was happy. However, her parents came to collect her two days after Christmas day and took her back to France. They had a name for her, Juliette, and they kept calling her that. But Bella Rosa had already chosen a name for herself and refused to accept the name that her parents had given her. 

Henri and Mila refused to acknowledge Bella Rosa as their daughter, so Henri's parents and sister had to look after Bella Rosa. Her parents spent so much time together that they weren't even at home, and Bella Rosa had to look after herself. Henri and Mila wanted Bella Rosa to continue the family traditions. They had already chosen a man for her to marry, Pierre, but Bella Rosa refused to marry him. Her grandmother, Scarlett, was allowed over to her son's house and was shocked to see Bella Rosa cook some food for herself. 

Bella Rosa saw her grandmother and ran over to her grandmother. Scarlett hugged Bella Rosa close and helped Bella Rosa to cook some food. Bella Rosa showed her grandma how long her parents were away, and Scarlett knew she had to take Bella Rosa back to her house. Bella Rosa ate the food and allowed her Grandma Scarlett to clean up. Grandma Scarlett had a look in the fridge, cupboards, and freezer. She saw little food and knew she had to return Bella Rosa to her house. 

Grandma Scarlett stared at Bella Rosa and asked. "Do you want to come with me to my house to see Grandpa Sabastian and stay until your worthless parents return from wherever they are?" Bella Rosa nodded and replied. "Yes, please, Grandma Scarlett, but my heartless parents had said that they do not accept me as their daughter even though I was born to them and want to have another baby." Grandma Scarlett was horrified to hear that from Bella Rosa and took her granddaughter to her house. 

But before they could leave the house, two police officers stopped and asked. "Do you mind if we search the house because we are looking for Henri and Mila Beaux?" Grandma Scarlett nodded and pulled Bella Rosa aside as the two police officers searched the house. Bella Rosa had a judge for a neighbour, and he stood next to Grandma Scarlett. The two police officers were stunned at how little food was in the fridge, freezer, and cupboards. The two police officers found some documents and saw that Bella Rosa deserved to be with her grandparents. One of them found when Bella Rosa's worthless parents were due to come back from where they were.

They came back, and one of them spoke. "We got some documents and were dismayed at how little food there is here. We believe Bella Rosa deserves to be with her grandparents and stay there until her parents return." Bella Rosa stared at them and replied. "My parents won't accept me, and they don't acknowledge me. They have ignored me and refused to take me on holidays with them." The two police officers were bewildered by what Bella Rosa had said, and the judge spoke.

"Bella Rosa speaks the truth because her parents are only here for two or three days before they are off again. Her parents have spent so much time with each other and none with Bella Rosa. Yesterday, I saw Bella Rosa in the gardens doing some homework but didn't see her parents anywhere. Last week, it was parents' evenings, and her parents were nowhere to be seen. I had seen Bella Rosa going to shops on the way to school to get breakfast and back from school to get dinner."

"I will ask Bella Rosa's grandparents and aunt to come to court in two days. Because I am giving them full custody of Bella Rosa, her parents will not have any contact with Bella Rosa. If Henri and Mila think they could contact Bella Rosa in any way, they have to deal with the law and the lawsuits against them and prove that they could change by accepting Bella Rosa as their daughter. Bella Rosa, go and pack everything that you can pack. Because you will stay at your grandparents for the rest of your life."

Bella Rosa was over the moon and hugged Grandma Scarlett. She rushed upstairs and packed everything she could into eight suitcases. The two police officers helped her by taking the suitcases downstairs and placing them in the police car. Bella Rosa took her school backpack and clothes with her. She put her suitcase and school backpack in Grandma Scarlett's car. Bella Rosa felt relaxed and at ease. She got into Grandma Scarlett's car with her grandmother and went to Grandma Scarlett's house with the police car following them. 

Grandma Scarlett had contacted Grandpa Sabastian, and he was waiting for them to arrive.
