It's like I set some goals for myself and I think they are too high, so I am just reading novels every day to have a dopamine rush and hide from my task, and this includes writing. I know how to get out of this cycle, but it just feels so good to stay in my makeshift world. Does this happen to any of you?

I groaned. Even though I have powers beyond the limits of human beings, it is still mentally exhausting for me.
I don't know how many weeks I have spent in this lab. But I have completed the things that I could with the current technology and have also invented many new things from different movies or TV-verses.
The things that I build are:
Microbots - Inspired by "Big Hero 6," tiny robots that could be programmed to build structures, repair tissues, or perform intricate tasks on a microscopic level.
I tried building an arc reactor, but I did not have a Tesseract as a study, so I built the next thing I could, a mini nuclear fusion reactor.
I know it does not look like much, but I have built some more things with the current technology of the world I have visited, and I have built some useful things.
3D-Printed Organs or Body Parts - Using 3D printing to create functional human organs for transplants for my soldiers who are injured.
Smart Contact Lenses - Wearable tech that can display information directly in my field of vision. I got the inspiration from Tony Stark.
Gene editing - CRISPR-based technology to edit genes and potentially cure genetic disorders.
Nanotechnology in Medicine - Nanobots that could perform precise medical procedures inside the human body.
Autonomous Vehicles - Inspiration from Tesla in my previous life, but a whole lot better than their garbage car. Enhancing self-driving car technology for safer and more efficient transportation is fitted with Advanced Battery Technology and Quantum Dot Solar Cells, so the car does not need to stop at a charging station.
Quantum Dot Solar Cells - Highly efficient solar cells dramatically improve solar energy capture and conversion.
Advanced Battery Technology - Developing high-capacity, fast-charging batteries for everything from smartphones to electric vehicles, because I am not letting common people use nuclear batteries.
Holographic Displays - Creating realistic 3D holograms for communication and entertainment, inspired by Iron Man, and because I liked this technology.
And the most important thing I made:
Artificial Intelligence - A more advanced version of current AI, inspired by JARVIS, that could learn and improve over time, potentially evolving into a higher form of life with a limitless future.
I have not named her as of right now because it is just a complete programme according to the requirements. So, I have prepared all the knowledge in the world, including but not limited to people's private data, books, images, videos, etc. I have put a barrier in my AI, and if it is crossed, it will self-destruct, so I do not have to worry that it will turn into another Ultron. I have given my AI a gender, of course. {Author-chan: Make sure to give me names you think you want for my AI. The default one is Red Queen or Cortana, but I will accept your suggestions.}

I will write chapters when I am in the mood, and I am not going to say that I will write every 2-3 days because sometimes I have stuff like going on a trip or something, and then I feel bad, which leads to more delay in delivering a chapter.
