~ With Wanda ~
[I actually met Wanda and Pietro today at the café! It was such a surprise to me that I had inexplicably embarrassed myself in front of her. . . But I don't understand how she could be here. According to the timeline, Tony just got kidnapped about a month ago, so Wanda and Pietro should still be in Sokovia.]
[This couldn't have been a coincidence, could it? Did Fury have SHIELD save Wanda and Pietro? But then again, SHIELD shouldn't have known about the twins at this point in time either. So, what exactly happened?]
'Fury? Is that the guy with the eyepatch over his eye?' Wanda wondered.
Wanda had been having dinner earlier with her brother and Natasha. The dinner conversation from earlier had revealed a few things to Wanda. The first was that Pietro and herself were still under constant watch. She did not know how bad it was, but at least they enjoyed more freedom than they had back in Sokovia.
The second was that whoever SHIELD was, they, or at the very least the person Wanda and Pietro had first met when they arrived in New York, were interested in her view on Tony Stark. She had no idea why they would be interested in her as she and her brother were not anyone of any status.
But she had a feeling that it had something to do with what she thought no one else could see. 'But it shouldn't be, at least I don't think Natasha could see it. I had the diary out the entire time and not once had I seen Natasha looking towards it. She didn't even ask about it. So, she would likely not know about the diary.'
'That guy didn't react either when I had the book in my hands a month ago, so it's not about the diary then. But in that case, why would they keep asking me about Tony Stark?' Wanda wondered.
'Wait, Natasha? THAT NATASHA?! Wasn't Luke always talking about someone named Natasha and her boss named Fury?! This is too much of a coincidence! Natasha is working in the same café as Luke. Me and Pietro get's saved because someone wanted to meet us personally, who happened to be Fury.'
'Afterwards, we were conveniently sent to the city where Luke was currently staying in. And then Natasha happens to be our caretaker? No. This is one too many coincidences happening like a chain of events. Someone else knows. So, the question now should be who?' Wanda had hit a wall in her thoughts.
Although she now believed that there were others who knew and could possibly be in SHIELD, she did not know who exactly knew about the diary. At the moment, she could tentatively strike out Fury and Natasha from her list of suspected people, albeit they were the only two names on that list.
[Although it was just for a moment, I was happy to see that Wanda and Pietro were alive and they seemed to be doing well in this world. Pietro had even come in speaking loudly, exactly how my Wanda had described him to be.]
[But reality hit me after I saw Wanda. She may look like the Wanda I knew, but she looks much younger than when I first met her in my world. She is not my Wanda, and while I know that, a part of me still wished that she could be. But she can't. Not in this world. She doesn't seem to know who I am and the timeline is already messed up, so I won't be able to meet her if we face against Ultron in the future.]
[But that's okay, as long as I know that they are alive and safe, then that's all I need.]
Reading the following passages being written in the diary, Wanda felt a mix of emotions. She was first relieved that she could rest easy around Luke. While Luke had memories of her from another world, he looks to be the type who would not act on it based on what he had written in his diary.
Wanda also felt sorry for Luke. Wanda was by no means a saint. Before the diary, she had always wished for Tony Stark to die, even by her own hands if it was possible. So, even though she thought Luke would be hurting inside with her presence around him, she was selfish enough to still want to stick around him as she was getting more and more curious about Luke.
Wanda had also seen Luke's reactions to seeing her again, and it spoke volumes of how much Luke loves and misses his Wanda. This had increased her curiosity even more as she wanted to know how their relationship had been for Luke to react the way that he had.
'Although I keep telling myself that I am not his Wanda, sometimes I wonder what it would be like if I was. But only time can tell. For now, at least I know that he would not actively pursuit me as I had feared he would. I can take my time to get to know him and see where that path would lead me.'
'As for Tony, the more I think about it, the more I start doubting my own reasons for wanting him dead. Was he truly the one who had killed my parents? But I remember so clearly that the bomb that had killed them was from Stark Industries, so it must mean that Tony had given his authority to use the bombs. But what if he didn't?'
The questions of "what if's" had been plaguing Wanda's mind ever since she had first read the diary. Ever so slowly, the diary was having a positive impact onto Wanda's mental state, causing her to think deeper into situations and to develop a maturity about her that she otherwise would not have had before.
'It doesn't matter for now, I don't seem to be getting any closer to an answer. I will have to wait until Luke talks about Tony again. Maybe he might when Tony gets rescued as that seems to be the case from the earlier entries.'
After deciding on the wait and see approach, Wanda carried on reading the entry.

Next time in C39 - The Abyssal Covenant Appears!
[Furthermore, this attack, it was only a single attacker, unlike the group and hordes I had to face back in my world. Could it be. . . Is this their way of telling me that they've been transmigrated here too?!]
