Aurora.
Aurora is fuming by the time she makes it back to Astoria with Irene. Turns out Lucian had taken her as far away from Astoria as possible, and it had taken almost three days in total to come back by foot, so by the time she got back she felt like collapsing.
"Don't you think it's weird how no one found us? Hell, I haven't even seen any royal guards yet," Aurora asked Irene, who had been uncomfortably quiet their whole trip back.
Irene shrugged and kept quiet, "I think it's a bit unusual," She added after she noticed the look Aurora was giving her.
"Are you alright? You've been acting a bit strange," Aurora asked as she stared at her friend a bit worried.
"I'm alright, I'm just tired, let's get back," Irene said and Aurora nodded as they both fell into a fitful silence as they both made their way back to the palace as fast as they could.
