Chapter 51 - 51."Here's Go My Peaceful Time"

(A/N: In the last chapter I forgot to mention that Bheeshma's story is done guys)

"HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY🇮🇳🙇‍♂️"

I'm currently lounging on the sofa in the living room, soaking in the tranquil ambiance of my home. The view of the garden outside is a calming sight—its lush greenery bathed in the gentle afternoon light, the soft rustling of leaves creating a soothing background melody. It's moments like these that make me truly appreciate the peace and quiet of my surroundings.

It's been a few days since the dramatic events surrounding Raghavan's product launch. After his recovery, the authorities took him into custody. The chaos of that day has settled into a quieter rhythm, and I've been able to enjoy the simple pleasures of daily life.

Over the past few days, I haven't been particularly active. Instead, I've cherished the chance to unwind and spend quality time with my loved ones. My relationship with Aamukta has grown deeper; our connection has only strengthened since the event. We've gone on more dates, each one filled with laughter and shared moments. It's been refreshing to see how quickly she's bonded with Anu, Ammu, and Raji. They've all become friends, and it's heartening to witness their camaraderie.

The harmony between my girlfriends is something I deeply value. There's a unique joy in knowing that they not only get along but genuinely enjoy each other's company. It's rare and precious to have such understanding and acceptance among the people who matter most to me. It feels like a rare blessing to have them in my life, sharing their warmth and support.

The calm of this moment, the closeness I share with Aamukta, and the friendship among my loved ones make me feel incredibly fortunate. I'm truly a lucky man, surrounded by people who bring so much joy and harmony into my life.

Four days ago, my book publishing event unfolded, and it was truly a good experience. Banners featuring my book cover were prominently displayed around the city, creating a visually stunning tribute to the book's release. The event itself was a grand affair, drawing a large crowd of enthusiastic attendees.

Among the many highlights of the evening was meeting S.S. Rajamouli. He was really kind and expressed his admiration for my work, which was humbling. To my delight, he asked if I would be interested in writing stories for him to adapt into films. I gladly accepted the opportunity, it was good chance to make my entry into the film industry.

The event also provided me with the chance to connect with other writers and prominent personalities. While I won't name everyone, it was an good to meet so many influential figures in the literary and entertainment worlds.

For the book publishing event, I made sure to extend invitations to several important people in my life. I invited Ammu's family, Rajan, Balu and his family, Aamukta and her family, as well as Anu's parents, her sister, and her husband. Though I don't have much of a connection with Anu's older sister, it was important to include them all in the celebration.

Ramana and his family were also on the guest list. Initially, he declined, but after Raji reached out and spoke with Aunt Bujji, he agreed to attend. It was heartening to have them there, adding to the warm atmosphere of the event.

During the event, I made it a point to introduce everyone to each other. It was a pleasure to finally introduce Aamukta to my family. I also invited Keerthi, Vikramaditya, and Anasuya. When the girls meet Keerthi and Anasuya, and they started bombarding me with questions about them. To escape their questions, I quickly made an excuse that I needed to attend to other guests.

But Ammu took the time to explain who Keerthi and Anasuya were to the girls, and they ended up chatting for a while. I'm not quite sure what all they discussed, but the interaction seemed to go well.

After that day, I started receiving calls from Keerthi and Anasuya. I was pleased to hear from them and enjoyed our conversations. However, I still don't know the details of what the girls talked about that day.

Another event that unfolded recently was Seenu's confession to the girl from the mall what her name again yes is Maha. But, she turned him down. Despite the rejection, Seenu hasn't given up. He's still trying, though I can't help but think he's being a foolish.

On a more positive note, we successfully invested in stocks for Netflix and Hostar. While these platforms might not be the biggest players right now, I'm confident that they're poised for significant growth in the future. We're also managing their Indian branches, which adds another exciting dimension to our ventures. It feels good to be part of these promising developments and to see our investments potentially pay off in the long run.

Back to the present, I find myself alone at home, savoring a rare moment of peaceful solitude. Ma and Papa have gone out to meet their friends, leaving me with the quiet of the house. I'm not quite sure where Bheeshma is—he might be at the company or spending time with Chaitra. Raji, on the other hand, is out shopping with the girls, leaving me to enjoy the tranquility.

In three days, we'll be heading out for Anu's friend's wedding. It's a bit of a whirlwind, with the preparations and excitement that come with such events.

As I enjoyed my quiet time, the sound of a car pulling up outside caught my attention. Moments later, the door creaked open, and I heard the lively chatter of the girls entering the house. I called out, "Welcome home, girls!"

"We're home, Krishna!" they replied in unison.

I turned to greet them with a smile and noticed how tired they looked. They shuffled in, dropping their shopping bags onto the sofa with a collective sigh. Raji, looking particularly exhausted, threw herself onto me from behind, her voice muffled by my shoulder. "I'm so tired, Krishna."

I smiled and gently patted her head. "There, there. You all did a lot today."

The other girls made their way to the sofa, sinking into its cushions with weary expressions. I gave them a warm look and said, "Go and freshen up. You'll feel better after a quick shower."

They nodded gratefully and headed toward my room, their movements slower than usual.

As I settled back into the sofa, savoring the calm, Aamukta reappeared. I looked up and asked with a smile, "What's up?"

She walked over and sat down beside me, her gaze fixed on mine with a bright, eager expression. "Krishna, I want to come with you."

I raised an eyebrow in confusion. "Come where?"

"To Raji's house. At the publishing event, Aunt Bujji invited me, too."

I was touched by her enthusiasm. Pulling her gently into a hug, I wrapped my arm around her and said with a smile, "What about the others?"

"They've already agreed," she replied, her voice full of excitement.

I considered it for a moment, then nodded, still smiling. "If everyone's okay with it, then why not? Of course, you can come with us."

Her face lit up with happiness. She hugged me tightly and pressed a soft kiss to my cheek. "Thank you."

As Aamukta started to rise from the sofa, I quickly pulled her back, gently guiding her to sit on my lap. Our faces were close, and I gazed into her eyes, feeling a flutter of anticipation. Slowly, our faces drew nearer, and I pressed my lips against hers in a soft, tender kiss. Her lips were warm and velvety, sending a rush of sweetness through me. After a moment, we gently separated, both a bit breathless.

With a playful smile, I looked into her eyes and said, "It's really sweet."

Aamukta's smile widened. "Oh, really?"

I nodded, trying to look as innocent as possible. "Yes. Can I get more?"

She chuckled softly, shaking her head with a teasing glint in her eyes. "No."

Then, she gracefully stood up, her smile lingering as she made her way toward my room. "I have to freshen up," she said, clearly enjoying the playful tension between us.

In these days of tranquility and routine, life felt unusually serene. As I sat lost in thoughts, hoping that this peaceful period was not just the calm before an inevitable storm, Ammu emerged from my room. She had just finished freshening up and looked radiant, her smile carrying a hint of playful seduction.

Her walk toward me was graceful, almost teasing, and I couldn't help but smile in response. When she reached me, she gracefully settled onto my lap. The gentle warmth of her presence was comforting, and I instinctively placed my hand on her butt, feeling the softness of her form beneath my fingers.

Ammu looked at me with a mischievous glint in her eyes, her smile growing more intimate. The air between us was charged with a sense of closeness and affection. I could feel her relaxed but sensual presence, and her closeness only heightened the emotional connection we shared.

"You look beautiful," I murmured, my voice soft as I gently caressed her side. The contact was tender yet filled with unspoken warmth.

She leaned closer, her breath warm against my cheek. "Thank you," she whispered, her tone both playful and sincere.

As Ammu settled onto my lap, her eyes danced with a mix of mischief and affection. I couldn't help but notice how her gaze shifted from my eyes to my lips, then back again. Her lips curved into a playful smile as she asked, "Krishna, why do you have a lipstick mark on your lips? Did Aamukta kiss you?"

I returned her smile, feeling a bit sheepish. "Yes, she did, but I didn't realize it left a mark."

Ammu's eyes sparkled with a teasing light. "Well, now I'm not going to kiss you," she declared, her voice dripping with mock disappointment. As she began to rise from my lap, I tightened my grip on her butt and pulled her close, capturing her neck in a gentle kiss.

Ammu responded with a playful bite and lick, her warmth and closeness sending a thrill through me. I looked up at her, grinning. "What are you, a cat?"

She smiled back, her eyes twinkling with mischief. "This is your punishment," she said, though her tone was more affectionate than stern.

I chuckled, nuzzling her neck. "I think it's more of a reward than a punishment."

"Yeah, yeah," she said, her laughter mingling with mine. We held each other close, enjoying the quiet intimacy of the moment, our affection speaking volumes in the silence.

As Ammu and I finally separated, I noticed the other girls emerging from their rooms, looking refreshed and vibrant. They joined us in the living room, and I greeted them with a warm smile. "You all look beautiful as always," I said, genuinely admiring their appearance.

They smiled back, their faces glowing with happiness. "Thank you, Krishna," they replied in unison, their voices sweet and harmonious.

Anu's gaze landed on me, and she immediately noticed the bite marks Ammu had left on my neck. Without a word, she approached me, settling herself on my lap. Her sudden action surprised me; Anu was usually more reserved.

Before I could respond, Anu looked up at me with a playful smile. "It's my turn now," she declared. She leaned in, her lips brushing against the other side of my neck as she placed a gentle bite. Her touch was tender yet assertive, leaving a mark similar to Ammu's.

Raji, watching with a mix of amusement and anticipation, chimed in, "I also want my turn."

Aamukta, not wanting to be left out, added with a grin, "Me too."

I looked at them, caught between amusement and resignation. Their playful demands were both endearing and overwhelming. The scene felt like a whimsical mix of affection and mischief, a testament to the close bonds we shared.

With a chuckle, I surrendered to the moment, ready to embrace the light-hearted chaos. "Alright, alright," I said, smiling helplessly. "I suppose I can't refuse."

As they each took their turn, the room filled with laughter and light-hearted banter. Each kiss and playful bite was a reminder of the unique and affectionate dynamics we had.

After the playful moments with the girls, I decided to head to the washroom to clean away the lipstick marks. The cool water felt refreshing as I washed my neck and face, the remnants of their kisses fading away. Once I was satisfied, I returned to the living room, where the girls were gathered around, eagerly unpacking their bags.

As I rejoined them, I noticed the array of items they had brought—an impressive collection of dresses, sarees, jewelry, and various other accessories. The sight was both dazzling and overwhelming.

"Girls, what's all of this?" I asked, my curiosity piqued by the assortment of items.

Anu answer with a smile, "What do you mean? These are things we bought for my friend wedding and our trip."

Hearing Anu explanations, I couldn't help but marvel at how meticulous they were. "But this much?" I asked, still feeling slightly overwhelmed by the sheer amount of stuff they'd brought.

Aamukta smiled and explained, "What do you mean by 'this much'? Girls need to be prepared for all kinds of situations. We're going to a wedding, and we'll be staying there for two or three days. It's only natural to bring a variety of outfits. Plus, we want to make sure we look great in the photos for Instagram. You understand, right?"

I nodded, helplessly. "Instagram posts and all," I said with a hint of resignation. Ever since I'd opened my own Instagram account, I'd been amazed at how quickly my follower count had grown. It hard to understand why people were so interested in the details of my life. But I also posted a few videos and photos from the book launch event, which had received a lot of attention.

The girls continued to excitedly discuss their outfits and plans, their enthusiasm filling the room. I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation for the upcoming wedding and our trip. Their energy was contagious.

As I chatted with the girls, my phone rang. Seeing Balu's name on the caller ID, I answered with a smile. "Hello, Balu," I said, trying to keep my tone light.

But Balu's voice, shaky and strained, cut through the calm. "Hello, Krishna. I'm in a bit of a panic here. Rajan is missing. I've searched the whole house, but he's nowhere to be found."

Here's go my peaceful time.
