Mr. White chuckled at Lucius's response and shot him an amused glance.
"Do you know why I chose you to be my disciple out of all the aristocrats, including descendants of the big four?" Mr. White asked, leaving Lucius slightly confused.
After pondering for a while, Lucius couldn't think of a reason why he was chosen out of everyone. One could say potential, but Lucius sincerely didn't believe he was as amazing as everyone made him seem.
They only knew about his Hand of God ability, which was mid at best before his evolution. He was only evaluated in S class because of the traits of his devour ability and the possibility of safe endless evolution.
In terms of power and potential, If Lucius were to pick a disciple in Mr. White's place, it would be Dean. Unlike the rest of the God set, Dean possessed power in its purest form. If trained properly, Dean could become one of the strongest beings in this world.
