The room fell silent, the temperature plummeting while Lia staggered back. Lucius's cruel chuckle resonated from all corners of the room as his body gracefully levitated in not the air.
"So what if I killed you?" Lucius asked again, his voice laced with mockery. "I killed so many other people. What makes you think you are special?"
"Brother…." Lia, Lucius' sister muttered, embraced by her parents.
"Shut the fuck up, bitch." Lucius yelled, causing everyone to jerk back in disbelief.
"Lucius!" His mother screamed.
Buzz!
Lucius's figure appeared, his hand swinging as he sent her hurtling away effortlessly. Lia gripped her father's hand tight, her face twisted with terror.
"You fools died early and left me to suffer. I worked in the mines for a year just to take care of you, little ungrateful bitch. You left me too…You all left me to struggle and fight against the world alone. You have no right to judge me!" Lucius growled like a beast.
