After walking for close to thirty minutes, Lucius began seeing corpses. A few were intact, but the rest were shredded, and the ground was covered with blood stains.
Watching the scene from the Captain's monitor, Tracy frowned deeply.
"Abort mission… Return to the ship." Tracy said decisively.
"That's cute, but you seem to forget I'm the captain here." Lucius said as he kept walking down the tunnel with a straight face.
After learning the Shadow Phantom Martial Technique, Lucius could interact with souls. The bloody scene here was nothing compared to the multitude of soul wisps swarming around him, begging for justice.
As someone who could see spooky things like spirits, he wasn't moved by the sight of blood and corpses.
"From the looks of it, it seems whatever killed them chased them into these tunnels and slaughtered them here." Silver said as he adjusted the camera angles.
