Dark purple crystal wings instantly sprouted from his back and swung around like a blade, swiftly cutting off the legs of the spider statue.
Swish!
A third leg shot forward to impale Lucius's exposed chest, but the wings wrapped around him like a shield, taking a direct hit from the attack.
Boom!
Lucius slid back a bit before opening the wings to abruptly break his forced retreat.
"Nice hit." Lucius grinned cruelly with blazing purple eyes.
Bang!

His finger dug deep into the rocky feet of the statue spider lodged in his shoulders before pulling them out. Blood squirted out of the wounds, but they closed up quickly.
"Demon!" The spider statue hissed.
"Haha hahaha… Getting called a demon by a spider statue? Amusing!" Lucius laughed hysterically while approaching at a slow but steady pace
