The Year is 2160.

After the end of world war 3, the world is split into three. East hemisphere, West hemisphere, North Hemisphere. This mark the start of The Great Era.

It was unknown when it's appear, but many years ago a superpower users appear all across the world, causing chaos and anarchy.

Fortunately however, the earth first ever super organizations called Heroes Association. Appear to stops those unscrupulous superpowers users and labels those not registered on the Association as 'Villain' and those with registered name and information are called 'Hero'.

Those two sides and roles are like unstoppable force meeting unmovedable objects, nothing seems can holding them together and looks like eternally doomed to be rivals and enemies.
